Came into Zales looking to purchase necklace with name ended up purchasing a promise ring which turned out to be a great decision. process was smooth, all my questions were answered and even got to look at rings i wouldn’t consider. Overall just a wonderful experience!!

My wife and I have purchased our wedding rings at Roger Jewelers. When Rogers closed and Zales took over the warranty work. When we go in to Zales every 6-8 months for cleaning, polishing and tightening the stones, most of the employees can never find our information in their computers, Phone numbers nothing. Except for Lupe Campos, who has worked there for I don't know how long but he has always been our lifesaver and gets it done, no matter how long it takes. He is a true professional at service work and he doesn't realize what a pleasure it is to deal with him. I won't even go into the store unless he is working. Thank you Lupe.

My girlfriend and I were walking by and went to take a look at engagement rings. Lupe C. showed us multiple radiant and emerald cuts rings, and ring guards. He took a lot of time and attention to showing us what we were looking for and showing us multiple beautiful ring combination.
