ATMs are always unreliable and now they started locking the ATMs inside, so you're forced to use the only one available outside that doesn't work half the time and when it works it's extremely slow.

The truth is, the service is average but as for the ATMs, they never serve. I have been counting on the services they are supposed to provide us with for weeks and they have turned out very badly. I have to go out and look for other options.
