“they lost my atm card and didnt even apologize for it three months ago and it was a massive pain to get a replacement now suddenly everything is fine I had to go in person to figure out the mess and the person at the counter was super helpful and sorted it all out with basic decency
im acutally shocked how simple it was once i got to a real person the teller was patient and even suggested a better account setup for my direct deposit. fees are fees, nothing insane here. definately coming back to this branch next time i have a problem becuase the online stuff was useless but they made up for it today. turns out the local small office there actually takes care of you if you wait around long enough.”
