“A young woman named Karissa was very helpful and patient to the picking and choosing of my shopping venture today, so I attribute my pleasant experience to her. Thank you, and I'm sure the basket and water proof mascara will suffice to say the least!”
“I want to give the biggest thank you to “WILL” and for his hard work this young man was taking people and making sure we were okay and I had a bad experience at the Duarte t mobile very rude I’m glad I came here instead because we came for my grandma. For her she been a T mobile for 27 years. So it was disappointing from the other store. So thank you “WILL” your Kindness, Motivate spirit and devotion for your customers will hopefully be Recognized. Come to this place if you want the best help!!!!”

“Owner and mother are great people ask for workers I have my two favorite guys who are the original guys that work there but these new guys need a check from sales before they get checked their attitudes and the rudeness is going to bring them trouble these guys usually work graveyard I see problems coming from their work ethics which sucks because in the morning people are awesom.”

“Great Customer Service at Metro by T-Mobile
I had a great experience at the Metro by T-Mobile on Ramona Blvd. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and make sure I was taken care of.
I really appreciate the excellent customer service and welcoming atmosphere. If you’re looking for a Metro location with helpful staff and good service, I definitely recommend this location!”
