“I had a good experience at Best Buy. We went in looking for a gas line for our dryer. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the exact fitting that matched our unit, but the staff was still very helpful and kind while assisting us and trying to find a solution.
The store itself was nice and clean, and the employees were friendly and willing to help even though we didn’t end up finding the part we needed. It’s still a great place to shop for electronics and appliances, and I’d definitely come back in the future.”

“The West Covina location was clean, had friendly staff, and was easy to navigate once inside. Parking was adequate, but a little challenging to exit if you're not familiar with the area (can't make a left or U turn to head south if you exit the southwest driveway). Would gladly shop there again.”

“I was so very reluctant to get a new phone because I knew there would be a transition period when I would need to remember a bunch of passwords. My sister dragged me there, and thank God she did. Justin took me through the process of purchase, getting me the best plan he could, and transition, helping me find passwords and getting around roadblocks. The phone was free, which is great. Now if we could upgrade my brain, life would be sweet.
