I originally ordered over the phone, and when I finally visited in person, I was amazed that the lovely lady who assisted me actually remembered my name! Both she and Manny were incredibly helpful and professional. She was so gracious and patient, guiding me to find the perfect white linens. “Love our Ross. Plenty of great selections.Good Customer service. Neatly organized. Plenty of variety. And a restroom and changing rooms.
It did not merit a 5 because some of the areas are too cluttered together. So when the department store is busy, it's a hassle to move around or to stand in line.”
