They go way above and beyond to help and accommodate. Yet Noone seems to appreciate it. Just my observation !!!
Please note to anyone coming in ??? Dont be in a hurry. ??? Have you been to a post office lately ??? Wow talk about wait time !!?? Just saying.

The manager- and her team are very professional and helpful.
I actually had lots of questions and had actually called a couple times and was treated very patiently with my questions and all my questions were answered. That was how I made my decision to go to this location. I highly recommend them.”

“A-FREAKING AMAZING… this is my favorite UPS store in the surrounding area. It’s well-staffed, clean, and convenient. I walked in today to drop-off a package and was in-and-out! I’ve been to other UPS stores recently and have had to wait almost a full hour to be seen, not here! I like that I can drop my items off at the register without shenanigans and can confidently trust this store.

The gentleman who helped me was super friendly and gave me a receipt without me asking! He was warm and professional. The other staff also greeted me, such a nice touch! I’m definitely going to come here more often as I never get this customer service at other locations. I also liked that they treated each customer like adults and human beings!

I highly recommend The UPS Store for shipping items, it’s a fairly simple process with good value. It’s always recommended to print out your label before coming, however they can assist you with that here if you need it. Oh and apparently they do live scans now? I got a $2 coupon today for a LiveScan, yayyy! Just another reason to visit.”
