Slow and overpriced.
If you’re in a rush, definitely skip this place. There was only one other customer, yet it still took a while just to mail a single package.
I’ve made many similar shipments and have never paid anywhere near this much. When I asked about the cost, I was told that Postal Annex has different pricing than UPS and other carriers — which basically means a markup. What normally costs me $30–$40 ended up being $78 here, plus an additional $12 just for a box. Outrageous.
Head over to UPS for all your shipment needs. You will thank me later😉

Just wan to add and update how amazing the staff here are.
Im update today July 9th 2025 because they absolutely deserve it !
They go way above and beyond to help and accommodate. Yet Noone seems to appreciate it. Just my observation !!!
Please note to anyone coming in ??? Dont be in a hurry. ??? Have you been to a post office lately ??? Wow talk about wait time !!?? Just saying.

So,my review is actually very past due. By far has been the best experience.
The manager- and her team are very professional and helpful.
I actually had lots of questions and had actually called a couple times and was treated very patiently with my questions and all my questions were answered. That was how I made my decision to go to this location. I highly recommend them.

I lease a postal box here and I have to say that it's been a pretty smooth experience. I've had a box at the UPS store in the past and they have lots of limits and restrictions that makes it rough when receiving packages. My only small complaint is I wish they were able to text me when I have mail/packages ready to pickup.
My experience is strictly with dropping off and picking up mail/packages so I can't speak on purchasing postage or any other services. They accept pre-paid & labeled packages for DHL, USPS, UPS, & Fedex (maybe even more services, these are what I've used). I've never had a single issue and everyone I've meet there has been very nice.

5 Stars – A Lifesaver and Longtime Community Gem
I’ve been using Banning PostalAnnex for years, and they’ve always treated my family and our business like VIPs. Whether it’s PO boxes, faxing, or copies—they handle everything with care and attention. Most recently, I used their notary services on a Saturday, right before closing. Every other place in town required an appointment, but Marena stayed calm, kind, and professional, even though she was technically off the clock. She walked me through everything, helped me send a copy, and never made me feel rushed. It was a lifesaver.
Their customer service is consistently above and beyond. They even let us know when we have mail waiting in the PO box. It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism with such a personal touch. Highly recommend! Special thanks to Jasmine, Marena, and DePauli

Absolute garbage If you're gonna be a postal drop place, then have a stuff for people to drop the lady's rude things. How do you expect people to come and do their business quickly expecting everyone to stand in line just to drop mail, get with the times or move over for someone who can this place sucks.

This place is so unhelpful. The store is dark, dirty and SMELLS. Fed ex needs to be way more specific on what services are offered at which location and selective about who they allow to operate their locations. Obnoxious signs everywhere, and out of 3 people in the store , they didn't ship anything for anyone because they came to the wrong location for the service they were looking for. I was just trying g to drop something off and already had a qr code and the extremely unhelpful clerk wasn't able to ship it. Waste of time.

Hours on the door say open until 3pm on Saturday. Door was locked at 1:58 when I got there. Person inside saw me knock and just walked away.

Not very helpful. Return packages are not scanned immediately & they no longer give you anything showing they received your drop-off.
