“I go to the Preston/Royal location because they actually care about their customers. They know their customers too. I went recently and was next in line. The woman in front of me had a huge stack of checks. A woman (wish I knew her name) came out from the back and approached me and asked if she could help me. I told her I wanted to withdraw some $$ and need $100 bills. She told me I could do that at the atm. She went outside with me and helped me with my transaction. Wow. Who does that anymore! Thank you to everyone that works at this location. You make your customers feel like you care about us.”

“The tellers were pleasent,the guard stands at the back door where you park,very big bank on inside,there were only 3 people working 2 were tellers the third person was there taking for a teller that was going on a break..there were no one at the desks it was strange to go into this big bank and not see anyone at accounts/loan desks.”
