“Good snacks. Bathroom didn't have toilet paper or seat covers. A few lil homeless stragglers but they didn't bother me. Got my snacks, water and gas and headed back to the freeway.”

“This is a famous Chevron on Route 66. It is on a corner so it is not hard to miss. There are many signs saying Route 66. It is near a lot of famous places especially the surrounding area looks like the movie, Cars. The Chevron is clean and easy to use. The employees are very nice and willing to help. This is a busy Chevron so be prepared to wait.”

“Quick stop for gas. Some pumps look like they've had a hard life. Inside was pretty clean. Super friendly employees. Nice selection of snacks and drinks. Phone cords etc. It's a normal ampm. Plenty of pumps and a car wash.”

“Chevron itself was awesome huge building lots of stuff however if you have Chime on the map it shows this is a fee free ATM location however not only does the ATM itself charge you but I'm also charges you so yeah that part”
“I would probably rate this station 3 stars due to the "Service back in 5 mins" message on the pumps. I'm giving 5 stars for Mitchell the mechanic, who fixed the station for me on a hot Saturday afternoon.
I waited about ten minutes before driving over to the main building, where I spoke to a dispatcher about the issue. Mind you, this was on a Saturday and it was 100°F outside. Mitchell came out and spent about ten minutes troubleshooting the problem and getting the station back online! I was driving from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. I only had half of a tank, which would not get me to Vegas. Without Mitchell's help, I would've had to drive down to Victorville to fill up, then back north on the 15, adding an hour long detour to my trip.

“RV traveling. Issue with propane tank in rig. Pulled into this business and explained issue. Guys had me pull into yard by their yard by tank and pump. He explained a few things and showed me what can be the issue. Couple taps with a hammer and was able to fill tank and he did. Will be getting system serviced as soon as we return from trip as he recommended. All together maybe 20 minutes interruption in our travels and back on our way. Big shout out to these guys. “Great little gas station in convenience store especially if you're looking for somewhere off the beaten path cashiers are always super friendly and it's right around the corner from Plata's Mexican food and you definitely can't beat that”
“Stopped here overnight to shower and rest, the RV motorcoach I was driving had a door malfunction and would not open. Maintenance person Jesse came out and used a ladder to climb into the passenger window to open the entry door from the inside. He was both helpful, and friendly. I stopped at this flying J at least 5 times a year, and it's a great place to sleep overnight, plenty of room to park long RVs.”

“Management and workers were friendly, however do note there was an issue with the car wash monthly plan. Thankfully Rebecca Jasso on their customer care team helped with the refund and even offered coupons for the trouble. So all in all you can trust Terribles, but you should make sure to slot in time for both troubleshooting the monthly plan and any potential technical issues in the future. The staff on site for other branches were also very friendly and accommodating. Again, just need to be patient if there are technical issues.”

“Listen, from the Tesla charging station to this Mobil, there are two other gas stations. Both of those other gas stations don’t allow you to use the restroom unless you’re pumping gas or paying for something. That is ridiculous. I didn’t even need to buy anything - I wasn’t hungry - but this Mobil let me use the restroom no questions asked. Out of principle I spent $20 here. They have my business. I hope they have yours. It’s worth the extra walk”

“I don't drive OTR anymore but when I did and my route was bringing me into Cal on 15 there was no question. I'm stopping at TA Barstow. Spent a lot of breaks there and would recommend it to anyone heading that way. BTW, once I was done with my business in Cal if my exit route took me back up 15 then it was time for another stop at TA Barstow. Great place ?.”
“My husband and I just visited this Pilot - we are long haul truckers and use the co-shower at Pilot and Flying J often. We came at 8 AM, and 4 showers were available.
The gentleman with a large black lettering arm tattoo went above and beyond by helping me get into my shower due to a broken keypad and the way he cleaned the bathrooms. It was beyond excellent! The bathrooms at this Pilot are spotless, and the customer service is incredible! Give that man a raise!
We will definitely be back. Thank you, guys, for taking care of us truckers!”

“I don't know the phone number for this USA gas station located at 1400 E. Main St. in Barstow, but the attendant working there tonight, around 11:45pm is an amazing guy! I had a creepy dude follow me from the Circle K across the street to this USA gas station. I was just pumping gas after work and as I was getting into my car the scary guy kind of popped up out of nowhere and stood where I couldn't close my car door then proceeded to aggressively ask me for my phone number and if I was single. It was late, nobody else was around and I felt panicked, then all of a sudden I hear somebody say Hey! And the gas attendant (I don't know his name) comes right up to where this creeper was and looked right at me and asked if everything was ok. I just kind of uncomfortably said yeah, but didn't mean it and the attendant could tell. He went into the mans personal space and said, "Get out of here now"! Which he immediately did. I closed my car door without saying anything and hurried home. Once home I wanted to call the gas station to thank him, but there is no working number listed, so Im writing this instead. Mr. Gas man if you're reading this one day, I just want you to know that you are my knight in shining armor!! From myself and all women who have ever been in a scary situation, I thank you for being a yrue gentleman and potentially saving me from being on the next episide of one of my crime shows I love to watch so much! You went above and beyond your duty and I want you to know you are appreciated. Thank you Mr. Gas Man!”

“Had a pleasant experience at this pit stop. Been driving from Utah and right when we walk in, we were immediately greeted. This convenient store has everything you could need from a wide array of snacks, bathrooms, a Subway, electronics, and even a shower/powder room. I appreciate that the restrooms were neatly maintained. Bonus points, the stalls don't have a wide crack as most bathrooms in the U.S, so you actually feel a sense of privacy. There are plenty of drinks you can choose from: coffee, Icee, soda, juice, smoothies. Neatly stacked are some creamers and cups. You can tell the employees take care of the place and often tidy up. You can also find some California souvenirs here by the Subway if you're ever stopping by. They do offer self checkout but also have actual cashiers if you need. As we were exiting, they greeted us a safe drive.”

“This review is based on their gas prices. Hands down, it is the cheapest gas per gallon - up to $1/gal less than its competitors. I was going to stop by the Chevron (or the other, can't remember the name now) but remembered there is an Arco/ampm a few yards away. With curiosity gnawing at me, I drove the few seconds just to see. Sure enough, they were much better. Highly suggesting to make comparisons first before pulling the trigger as to where to get gas at anytime you make a stop from a Vegas-Socal-Vegas trek. It might just save you some mad money!”
