About Motel 6 Barstow, CA - Route 66
Motel 6 Barstow on Route 66 is an affordable and pet-friendly place with easy access on the main drag. Reviews note the rooms are clean, roomy, and can have patios. The staff is consistently described as friendly, kind, professional, helpful, and polite. Some guests mention the great prices and great location in the middle of everything. However, there are notes that the bathroom is in dire need of updates, a blanket was stained, and the location can have loud yelling at all hours. For the price, it is generally considered fine with no bugs and working amenities.

Shower plumbing is barely staying in the walls. Hinges on the bathroom door rusty. Paint falling off from the ceiling.

Basic service. Rooms were ok but quite clean. Bath room is kinda small. Location seems fine. It's a simple basic place that meets basic needs quite well. Good price.

I stayed alone at this hotel about 6 months ago. When I arrived, I saw how dirty the sheets were, so I took them off and gave them to the receptionist for a change. Luckily, they gave me a new set of sheets, but overall, it's not a very appealing hotel.
