Well , I really like Cristina, she did a great job with my son, he was extremely nervous, his first time getting blood work, however the lady in the front desk was rude , on her cellphone , not even a hello or good morning, she didn't even look at me when I asked if she needs the doctors order, other than that, everything else was great!! We waited 20 minutes with my appointment

Was concerned as I heard Rose had left and she was great. Was very impressed with the girl that was in her place. Very good, but I understand she was just there until the new girl takes over as she was on vacation.

Great experience. Phlebotomist was kind, friendly, efficient and experienced; barely felt the poke! Facility was very clean!!

This place is a joke . My daughter who has STAT blood work needed, us sitting in a empty waiting room and having to wait for her 11:00 appt for over a hour. There is one there!!!! People with appointments come-on and out and then they do NOTHING and have her sitting out there. Ihavenever went there and will never go there. They don't take STAT very serious

This place used to have three employees now it’s down to one. But the problem is not understaffing, the problem is the technician sitting around doing nothing in between scheduled appointments and not seeing walk ins during the hour in between appointments. As a result of the technician sitting around waiting on appointments three of us walk ins were told we could not be seen. This is a problem when the technician sits on her hands all day only taking care of appointments and leaving us walk ins waiting for hours only to be told they can’t be seen. This is terrible customer service especially for those of us who fasted over sixteen hours

Made appt for fasting bloodwork. Come day of appt note on door saying due to unforseen circumstances they were closed. Asked on my local community page & someone let me know they had gotten a text they were closed for maintenance. Not happy about no call about this. Had to make appt with another quest facility an hour away.

Quest is the best! I have used Quest now for as long as I can remember. I have always been able to say the staff has been very friendly. I can recommend them highly!
