“We just unpacked our house at our destination move in - Barstow T&S packed up our house, Dalton and Abel, just the two of them. Our items were packed, loaded, unloaded, reloaded, moved a 2nd time, and unloaded for a final time and not a single thing was broken. I have 2 china cabinets full of glass items that have a tremendous sentimental value to myself and my family and there isn't so much as a scratch on anything. I would recommend them to anyone. This is the first move we have had out of 7 moves that nothing has been broken. We can't say enough good things.”

“This U-Haul seriously changed the way we viewed the company. Back in May (2019 so just two months ago) Matthew and an older caucasian man helped us with a bit of a problem. We were on our way to Las Vegas when one of our two cars stopped working while driving and hauling the one-bedroom trailer from U-Haul. We ended up having to stay the night in Barstow at the Motel 6. It was a disaster. The car could only be driven for distances shorter than 5 minutes and that wasn't a lot of time. The next morning (the day AFTER we were actually supposed to move into our new place) we stopped at an auto parts store and then after no luck we decided to just go to a U-Haul to rent a truck and car mount. When I walked into this location and told the gentleman what I needed he immediately started away at the transaction. But after making conversation and telling him how we currently have a U-Haul trailer and our car broke down he took a minute to go above and beyond. He then was able to get us on the road safely with exactly what we wanted but for MUCH less than we were prepared to pay for. Even the two men's help through the entire process of transferring vehicles was beyond helpful. This left us knowing that U-Haul would be the only moving company we have confidence in for the rest of our lives. Thanks Matthew and friend!”

“Self-service car wash, the type with the stall you pull into and do the work yourself. The machine in the stall takes credit card, bills, or quarters. However, $7.00 minimum is required to start the equipment. The place looks really nice and seems to be maintained well.”

“Barstow Location is a nice location with clean well maintained trucks and storage units. Staff all professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the options to choose from. My only suggestion is a broom be kept in the back of the trucks to sweep out truck after use!”
