“This was my first time visiting the ASICS store at the Outlets at Barstow, and it was a great experience. I was greeted right away by a young associate (I believe his name was Angelo) who was incredibly helpful. He easily answered my questions about a shirt I was looking at, and when I moved over to try on some running shoes, his product knowledge was just as impressive.

His expertise and excellent customer service gave me total confidence in my purchase, and I happily walked out with both the shoes and the shirt. I really appreciate staff who know their stuff! If I ever need another pair of running shoes, I won't hesitate to come back here :)”

While I was in Bakersfield, I researched the closest store which was Nike in Barstow. I called and talked to a gentleman named Ean if I spelled his name correctly. I asked about sizes cause most places in Vegas never carry my size 13.

They had plenty of 13 sizes, so I had 2 hours to get there so I sped up and made it on time and no joke within 10 minutes of being in the store I found several pairs I liked and had my size. Usually I spend more then that trying to find a solid pair.

The staff were beyond friendly and helpful towards me and my family. My son and I bought shoes and my wife grabbed a shirt.

I seriously liked this store more than Vegas they have 10x better customer service! Made me and my family feel really respected and welcomed.”

He took the time to help me find shoes in my size, helped me measure my feet also gave me a lot of information about my feet, Arch, And my instep. He also gave me suggestions of what kind of shoes would be good for my type of Feet and give me information about shoe inserts that I’ve never used. Also, another shout out to Samantha for being very helpful and constantly checked on me to make sure I was good.
