“They seem to have as many pharmacists and techs as they can physically fit into that space—and then somehow squeezed in a giant machine on top of it. They’re doing the best they can.
Joe is basically the Jango Fett of pharmacists. If we could clone him, every pharmacy would be staffed with knowledgeable, friendly professionals. Those two qualities are usually mutually exclusive.”
“I’m not a big yelp or review person, but I try to stop and take a moment when we encounter exceptional customer service. Our situation was a bit of a mess, I was quite frustrated, as was my practitioner office, and my situation got somewhat complicated. But the staff and pharmacist handled it all with such grounding and grace, right when we really needed it most. I came from a fair distance and almost didn’t think it was a pharmacy when I walked in - cute but also quality gifts and decor and welcoming music. I’m feeling truly grateful this rare gem exists in our county. I look forward to many smooth transactions in the future. ?”
“So great to have this local pharmacy where you can talk in person to the pharmacist for help. Very helpful and pleasant personnel and a large selection of gift items as well.”
“Costco pharmacy is my favorite pharmacy!💜I really appreciate the excellent service and positivity, even when things are busy or I ask for a special need. I get very clear information and all my questions answered. 🍎 I also love that my prescriptions usually have no co-pay, and that way I can buy cool things at Costco and they seem free! THANK YOU, Team Costco Rx!”
“It's crowded at the pharmacy because there's a lot of old people in the area but they are efficient and friendly. I've noticed the lines are better in the past month or two than they used to be”

“It always make me smile to see the employees of longs drugs on Maddonna Rd react to their customers. The store is very well organized which makes it easy to find what you are looking for. Thank you Cindy, Judy, and Jenica. Keep those smiles and we will keep coming back.”

“I enjoy this quite little drug store. It has so much specialty items that most drug stores don't have. This store is your local drug store not a chain store.”
