“I cannot say enough amazing things about this office. We were in town for Thanksgiving weekend when our dog had a major eye injury that required surgery. The staff was warm and welcoming; the doctor was knowledgeable and compassionate. They did a great job of communicating the instructions and what to expect after surgery. I felt the cost of the treatment and surgery was very fair. It was so scary dealing with an urgent injury away from home. But, our family feels so lucky to have found Los Osos Pet Hospital.”

We were passing through Morro Bay for the night on a road trip, and I needed to find something to help my dog Chase, feel a little more settled. He’s been getting a bit overstimulated from our travel schedule, and since he has a sensitive stomach, I have to be cautious about what I give him to chew on—no added flavors or chemicals.

I stopped into Lemos Feed & Pet Supply, and the experience was fantastic from the moment I walked in. A friendly gentleman greeted me right away and helped me find the kind of chews I was looking for. When I asked a specific question about ingredients, another team member chimed in to confirm I was choosing the right product. It was clear they knew their stuff and cared about getting it right.

I ended up picking out a collagen chew, which Chase loves and tolerates well. I gave it to him in the car, and he immediately got to work on it. He’s been so much happier and calmer today—I could tell it made a real difference.
