“I purchased a new car and I bought a new stick shift knob on Etsy. I tried for two weeks to remove the old one and install the new one. Numerous videos on YouTube and TikTok, there is a trick on these new Honda Civics but I just couldn't figure it out. I finally decided to ask for help, many people tried to remove it for me with no luck. After this IDidn't know where to go or who to call, so I just did a yelp search for body shops around me. I called and told Les my dilema and he said bring it in and he would try to help me if he can. When I came in, Les right away went to check it out, and he had me out of there in less than 30min. I am so grateful that he took the time of his day to lend a helping hand. I know my issue was not a dent or collision or anything that they are experts in, but he still was willing to take a look and see if he could help me install it. And he did!!! Thank you Les!!!! I am now driving in style”

“Oh my goodness, I have never been so pleased with an auto repair specialist! I have a Chevy Malibu and Camaro 2SS that needed service. They just are past warranty, so I was looking for someplace other than a dealership to get the maintenance done, specifically oil change and whatever else was needed. I was able to get through to Halbert in one phone call and he fit me in the following day for one car and the next for the other. He called me to talk about what he recommended to be done and answered all my questions and explained everything so clearly. And when he gave me the estimate, I was stunned on how reasonable it was. He was very communicative, friendly, honest, and trustworthy. I couldn’t recommend his services more highly (well I’d give him double the score if it were possible). There is a reason his reviews are so high. And it isn’t because he offers a discount in exchange for them. And he doesn’t even ask for a review. Or hound you afterwards for one. He is just a down-to-earth honest person. He is amazing and I’m a customer for life now!”

On a whim, I googled windshield repair near me and came across Pass Auto Glass. At 230 am I reached out, and by 7 am I was quoted a great price and free mobile service within 2 hours! Ulises showed up earlier than expected (awesome!), Explained the entire process and was finished in 20 minutes. Great customer service, speedy service and affordable pricing. “Ran over something on the 10 freeway today that put a golf ball size hole in my right back tire. We pulled over and put the spare on, and then looked for a used tire place. These guys are awesome! The tire has a lot of tread, and he only charged me $51 for the tire, mounting it on my rim, and disposing the blown tire! Highly recommend! Took us right in, and had us out in less than 15 minutes!”

“I had my check engine light come on a few weeks ago. Took it to auto zone in Beaumont and they checked my codes, cylinder 6 misfire, took into a repair shop in Yucipa they quoted me $700 for a "tune up" they already charged me $750 to diagnose engine and cooling system, ended up replacing thermostat etc. and took all day. Took it to another place in Redlands, on a Tuesday made an appointment, they told me it wasn't enough time to diagnose, since I could not leave it over night. Left it there a few days later on a Thursday and needed it back by Saturday morning, they never got to it. But said I should bring it back for a tune up and repairs quoted over $1000. Found this place on yelp since it was local. They said bring it in and we will check it out. They ended up replacing the coil and didn't charge me a dime. If your car misfires check the coil first, the other 2 places didn't, they quoted tune ups for big bucks. So far looks like the problem is fixed. These guys are honest, generous and fair. I highly recommend them and love supporting local businesses.”

“I needed two tires on my vehicle. The tread was definitely wearing thin, but luckily CK Tires was open on Saturdays. I couldn't get this work done during the weekdays. It was my first time trying this business. When I arrived, Eddie was finishing up tire work on another customer's CRV. He was very professional and told me the price for two, like new, used, tires. I agreed to the price and he started working on removing my old tires and adding the new ones to my rims. The job took about 20-30mins and I was on the road. They accepted debit/credit or cash. Later that day one of the tires went flat. I immediately called them 30 mins before they closed and they told me to put on my spare and bring it back in. They stayed open to service my tire and it turned out that the stem on my rim was bad and not holding the air in my tire. Eddie fixed the stem and inspected the used tire they gave me for any holes. Another worker put the tire back on my car and I was on my way by 6:00pm. I was so grateful that they fixed the problem. They are not open on Sundays. I would come back here again and recommend them for replacement tires.”
