“I purchased a new car and I bought a new stick shift knob on Etsy. I tried for two weeks to remove the old one and install the new one. Numerous videos on YouTube and TikTok, there is a trick on these new Honda Civics but I just couldn't figure it out. I finally decided to ask for help, many people tried to remove it for me with no luck. After this IDidn't know where to go or who to call, so I just did a yelp search for body shops around me. I called and told Les my dilema and he said bring it in and he would try to help me if he can. When I came in, Les right away went to check it out, and he had me out of there in less than 30min. I am so grateful that he took the time of his day to lend a helping hand. I know my issue was not a dent or collision or anything that they are experts in, but he still was willing to take a look and see if he could help me install it. And he did!!! Thank you Les!!!! I am now driving in style”

“I got some great experience here I original came and didn’t get the best service from an employee I won’t name. I passively asked for him to look at my car to see what size of bolt I needed but he wouldn’t do so. I came back in and another employee named Eddy was a great and had amazing customer service, I needed a bolt for my car and he took his time to come inside and check for me, he got the right bolt for me , and swapped the right ones for the wrong ones and even made sure it was screwed in for me! Going the extra mile goes along way! ☺️”
