I met with Eric, who took a look and explained to me that it was good enough to drive back. Since I didn't want to spend more time in the area, I did not proceed with repairs, but I appreciated the honesty. They could have easily told me that the car was not drivable, just to get my business, but they were completely honest with me and for that I am grateful. Honesty like that is rare in any business, let alone auto repair.”
