In this particular visit I was buying parts for a tune up and was mistakenly sold a part that was not in store. Luckily, since I was heading to Beaumont CA, the Beaumont location did have the part, so, they contacted that store informed them of the situation and my part was ready for me when I arrived. They do their best to serve their customers.”
