“The clasp on a silver chain I took from my late brother had broken, and I’d put off getting it repaired for a year because I was worried it would be a hassle. I called the shop today, asked if they could repair it, and how long it would take- he told me about a day. I went and dropped it off, and before I even left the shop it was repaired.

I’m very pleased with my beautiful ring and if I was tech-savvy I would attach a photo…It would have been helpful if I had some kind of an idea of what I wanted before I went in- a picture is always helpful in that regard! That’s on me. However, they were exceedingly patient and did a beautiful job which I’m very happy with.”
