“Grace has been a pleasure. Exceptional customer service! Took her time , put extra effort and thought into getting me exactly what I wanted, making sure every ring was the correct size on each finger. Aside from that , the entire staff here at Kay Jeweler has been a pleasure with amazing customer service!”

“Always stop here on the way to Palm Springs. The Desert Hills outlet has improved a lot, more stock and nicer setup. Grabbed some sneakers and my wife found a beautiful jacket. Staff is friendly and helpful. Makes the drive more fun knowing we'll get some good finds”

“Honestly this place is a hit or miss on customer service buuuut Kazzy (Kassandra) was very kind and helpful on this visit (Black Friday!) I would come back if I had questions about any bags due to her, it’s been so long since I’ve had such a positive experience at a Brighton store (miss u Angela at Santa Ana ?) Anyways definitely hit this store and ask Kassandra for help :)”
