“Pandora at the Cabazon is super amazing. They were very professional on Black Friday. They even were kid friendly. They never made us feel like we were unwanted with the kids, especially because I have a two year-old and a four year-old. I plan to spend $500 on my wife for her charms for her bracelet but they had a 30% off discount and they even had Last seasons charms which made us walk out with only $280 spent and we felt like we spent $500 they even cleaned her charms and bracelet and they were super nice to the kids even though it was busy and black Friday they still gave us Wonderful service. And that’s why I always go to that location of Pandora at Amazon.”
“Honestly this place is a hit or miss on customer service buuuut Kazzy (Kassandra) was very kind and helpful on this visit (Black Friday!) I would come back if I had questions about any bags due to her, it’s been so long since I’ve had such a positive experience at a Brighton store (miss u Angela at Santa Ana ?)
