“This is my first time having a storage unit and the couple Kathy and Rick who run it are friendly, helpful, down to earth, and all the way around awesome people! I trust my things are safe there with them. My only complaint would be the hours of operation! I wish they stayed open at least till 10 pm and opened at 6am! Other than that it’s always been a great experience!”

They offer a variety of different sized storage rooms to meet your needs, including climate controlled ones. Also UHAUL trucks for rent .”

“This place is excellent!!! They have the most affordable rates—AND NO HIDDEN PRICE INCREASES like everywhere else has. I checked out a couple different places that seemed cheaper, but those other places forced me to add insurance which racked up the price significantly. First Street Storage does NOT do this! They allow the insurance to be optional and that is such a game changer!! They also have great access days/hours (7am-7pm, 7 days a week), which is super important to me! I need to be able to access my items any day!A huge thank you and shout out to the ladies in the office, Jackie and Pearl!! Their customer service absolutely cannot be beat!! They are absolutely the nicest, friendliest, most helpful and dedicated and genuine people I’ve ever met!! Jackie has gone WAY above and beyond to explain things and discuss our options, show us helpful hints (like how to use the lights, where the extra code boxes are, etc.), and to help have our storage insulation cleaned up! These ladies are single-handedly the reason I stay with First Street Storage, and why I and my family trust them for our personal items as well as our business storage needs.I also want to say a huge thank you for helping us upgrade to a larger storage unit immediately as we discovered on site that what we had originally planned and paid for was not going to be big enough. They fixed the issue happily, quickly, and with no problems or attitude!This place is truly the best and makes you feel like a very valued customer!!”

“I’ve been at the storage for about three years. this place is always been clean and organized. The staff is always been very friendly. And efficient. Specially Debbie I think she’s a manager. Shes been there every since I’ve been there probably longer. i’ve always paid my bill on site and never had to wait to pay it. I’ve never had a question or concern that Debbie couldn’t take care of.
