“Joyce Van Lines out of Redlands, CA moved us twice. Once in 2025 and just last month in July of 2026. Both were interstate moves. We had such an excellent experience the first time, that I reached out to our driver from Oct of 2025 and while he wasn't driving any longer, he connected me with the Redlands office, and I dealt with Merle and Colette who handle our quote and got us scheduled with absolute efficiency. This time around we had Chris as our Driver, and his work partner Luis helped him do the entire move and they were true professionals. They treated us with respect and kindness, communicated throughout the entire move as it related to arrival and transit times, and simply made what we all know to be a very stressful time in life, rather calm. “This is a nice self-storage lot with some room for outdoor wheeled vehicle storage. The only bump is that renting a spot is more complicated than it needs to be, especially if one is trying to rent storage for a 501(c)-type corporation.”

“The margarita glass had a weird sticky rim when they brought it out which kinda set the tone for a sec but the drink itself was actually pretty tasty and I forgave it fast. service was okay not super attentive but it was crowded and the bartender did end up comping that first round anyway. really loved the vibe in the back room with the low lighting and booth seating makes it feel more like a lounge than a bar which I definately prefer for chatting. Food came out slower than I hoped and the guac was a bit bland no salt I guess. I’d come back for the atmosphere and another attempt at the menu because the carne asada tacos were surprisingly good once they showed up. just wish theyd get the little details right like wiping down glasses and adding salt to stuff”

“The parking lot can be a little tricky when leaving if there are trucks being returned. I had to do a full 360 in a 10 ft box rental because there were vehicles being returned at that same exit/entry. Other than that, the rental process was super easy and fast. I didnt spend more than 5 minutes in the office checking out. Online reservations were also super easy to book”

“I got amazing service. The guy who helped me purchase the unit over the phone was so nice and walked me through everything. When I went to my unit for the first time the office staff was really kind and helpful. She was not normally assigned to that office but was super friendly, helped me find my unit, and showed me how to use the lock. I highly recommend Extra Space storage to others =) <3”
