In May of 2023 I went into the Verizon store to discuss moving my business phone lines over to Verizon from Frontier after having been a Verizon wireless customer for over 15 years. I discussed with Michael, the business manager, and Sarah, an associate at the store, that part of my problem with Frontier was a communication issue. I was promised communication wouldn't be an issue and decided to move forward with moving my business lines over to Verizon. I was told that Verizon would offer a credit to my account after a couple of billing cycles due to the fact I had to pay an early termination fee to Frontier for transferring my lines to Verizon. I still have not seen the credits to my account. There was also an issue transferring one of my personal lines to my business account. I have reached out countless times via phone call and text to Sarah, Michael, and Natasha (the new business manager), with no response. I have had to physically go into the store multiple times to try to get this resolved and it still isn't. The only helpful person in the store has been Danny, the store manager. He was able to get my last line transferred over to my business account and was able to find out what needed to be done to get the credit issue hopefully resolved. I am awaiting a response from Verizon regarding the credit and hope I do not have to return to the store again.

Store manager sucks. You know who I am bro. I won't put your name on blast here, but get better at your job. I traded two iPhone 13s that were paid off, and selected the option to take them to this store and have them mail the phones in September of 2023. Well they lost 1 of the phones, I go into the store in December of 2023 to start resolving this issue as they took away my $800 trade in credit. Store manager apparently couldn't find any proof I traded in the phones. Says he will ask HR for the video footage from the day I turned in the phones. Here we are, on 2/29/2024, I get a call from the store manager saying he can't "tell" if I turned in two phones according to the video footage. Tried to tell me I said this or that and that I need to retrace my steps to see if I can find the phone...that Verizon had the whole time...cause I turned it i. Dude told me there's nothing they will do to correct the issue so I'm screwed out $800. Obviously at this point I'm pretty irritated. Ain't no way I'm letting Verizon screw me out of $800. I call the normal 800 customer service number, and within minutes the nice customer service lady found my "lost" phone in their system. First phone was received 10/6/2023. Second "lost" phone, for some reason wasn't received until 1/19/2024. Lady applied my $800 credit and gave me an additional credit. Not sure how the store couldn't resolve this issue in the 3 months and it took me a whole 10 minutes on the phone with customer service to resolve. I had a great experience here at this specific Verizon. I've been to many different Verizon locations but this one stood out for the pure fact of the amazing customer service. Giovanni did an amazing job of helping us, and made a seamless experience for me and my family. If you ever go to this location and want someone that genuinely wants to help, ask for Giovanni. You won't be disappointed!

I ordered a new phone from this store. I was having difficulty getting the right phone and plan. Mariana from this store saw my issues online and called me. She took care of my confusion and hooked me up with what I wanted. She was extremely professional. I highly recommend this store.

Ron at Verizon Wireless provided exceptional customer service when I encountered an issue with my wife's phone just before Christmas. Despite purchasing it elsewhere, Ron patiently and kindly assisted in resolving the problem, ensuring her phone was back in working order. His professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. Thanks to Ron, we can now enjoy the new phone without any hiccups. Great experience!

Do all you can to avoid the Verizon store on Second Street in Beaumont near the Home Depot. Went in tonight (11/15/23, 6:30 pm) after being directed there by an online Verizon rep who said he had contacted the store, made an appointment for me, and made sure the $1,200 phone I wanted was in stock and ready for me to buy. When I arrived I was the only customer in the store. The three employees in the store were amazingly rude and clearly didn't want to deal with customers. Without even looking at me, one of them looked at his iPad, said, "We can't help you," and literally threw some paperwork at me and walked away. No "sorry," no "thank you," no "goodbye." I've been a Verizon customer for 16 years and have never been treated this badly by a business anywhere ever.

Hubby had the last min phone dying situation. Time = Money!!! Because it never fails it's during the 3 day holiday weekend.SARAH is fantastic.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ She was able to hook us up with a new phone and a better plan.Thank you for your help.

I just went to the Verizon Store in Beaumont. I walked in three employees working with guests, not one of them took time to greet me, say hi, make eye contact, or let me know that they'll be with me as soon as possible... Nothing. So, I stood there for 15 minutes, hoping that someone would say something to me... still nothing. Terrible customer service. I won't be coming back to this location.

Giovani was great!! I went with my grandmother and he was extremely helpful and patient with her and all our antics. 10/10 would recommend. definitely ask for Giovani when you go

Was Looking into switching from t-mobile to Verizon. And was welcomed and then customer service went to garbage, the rep was very rude and didn't seem like he wanted to work today. If I'm trying to port over from another carrier you think you would want to show them great service. Didn't wanna help me with anything and seem very bothered about asking questions, so looks with the way I already got treated from Verizon!! T-Mobile is where I'm staying always have had no issues with customer service. T-Mobile treats their guests like they own the company
