Super quick and easy. I traded my 20 dollars for coins and it was fast and they were friendly.

Bad customer service. They refuse service if your don’t have an appt. All I wanted to do was open a bank account so it makes it easy for me to pay my mortgage. I went to three Wells Fargo’s and they all refused service.

You’d think with them closing the Banning location that they would have more tellers available here. There’s literally only one teller the whole day. I go multiple times a week and there’s never been more than one. Always a line of about 7-10 people. Being there for 20-30mins for a simple transaction is horrible.
