“I want to give a shout out to Isabel and Mike for great customer service.Isabel was so helpful and was so understanding when I decided to change my mind about the color of my refrigerator that i had previously ordered in black and wanted it in white instead and after speaking to her over the phone about it Isabel went above and beyond to make sure I got the color I really wanted and saved me some money as well. She has great customer service and kept me updated with all the information I needed to know. Thank you Isabel for making me feel important and taking care of all my needs. Also a shout out to the delivery driver Edgar he was so professional and respectful and did a good job of carefully taking my refrigerator up to the second floor of my condo and hauling away my old refrigerator. Thank you all for the smooth transition of the whole process. I will definitely be recommending American Freight in Cerritos to my family and friends and I will continue to do business with them for all my appliances from now on ?”
“I bought a dryer the first time. Then went back and bought the matching washer. The prices are great for brand new items and the service is amazing. They delivered both items, installed them and even hauled my old items! We needed a special part to install the washer and they had it in the truck and there’s it in for us! This is the only place I will purchase appliances from now on. I will be going back to get my new refrigerator and stove when I do my kitchen remodel. They have a dedicated customer here. ??”

“I was able to purchase some individual markers that they still had in stock, you can only buy them in full sets now. One of the markers was pretty much dried out and they cheerfully and promptly issued a credit for that marker. I'll do business with them again without any hesitation!”

I searched on amazon Walmart best buy and even other smaller Internet sites.. and these deals were way better than all of those places.. great man inside, the owner is friendly and helps u out so much with products and price ranges that u want.. and for the fat guy outside that does the labor discriminates, and will over charge u for labor. But u can just take the products somewhere else to install. I love this place and highly recommend”

“My son moved into a new place and needed a refrigerator. We stopped by full house appliances at 1pm and had a refrigerator delivered at 4pm. Rueben is awesome ! He showed us a great selection and explained all features. I will only go here from now on . Thanks again Rueben !!”
“Very nice staff member Dave. Warm, friendly, no pressure, and gave us space. He was attentive, and made us feel like family. We honestly would have purchased from him, but the store had very limited stock. Many of the models/options on display were not in fact available. The hand full that were available were not the best rated by consumer reports/the internet. They do next day delivery for free, but you have to complete the sale before 3pm the day before. There is $40 hail away fee for your old appliance. Pretty nice space, plenty of parking. We ended up going with Costco (free delivery and haul away) with purchase; but two days before delivery. Largely went with Costco because they had the better models in stock. Props to Dave. Great guy! Sorry the inventory was too low to close the sale on a desired model.”

My dryer was making this excruciating loud sound when it was on it was so annoying not knowing any one to look at it, I decided to trust the internet I went through a few companies and read the reviews and it’s not easy calling someone you don’t know and they have to come to your home to fix the Dryer. Well I had to make a choice and I picked this company they had good reviews and I went with my gut feeling.
I have no regrets thank you for the service It was fast but most of all professional and Reasonable!
I will refer them in the future to family and friends.

“I'm so surprised that blue air has no reviews because we purchased an icemaker for a business that was leaking and normally a company, in our vent experience with other companies, we at times dealt with sweat the customer (us) - or try fix in the unit first with perhaps failed attempts and then we're down in this case our ice machine without any ice. We called and the tech came out the same day to assess the machine and the next day they just gave us a new machine installed it very professionally took the old one away. No hassle no haggling no this or that no finger-pointing that I was by looking forward to or would normally get from another company. (Apology but im somewhat effected from past experience with companies backing their product). So refreshing and super appreciated by us we will definitely use them again and would recommend them for sure to anyone.”

“I just recently purchased the IQ Air Pro Plus and I’ve used it for a day, the results have been great so far. The smell and breathing have improved dramatically inside my home. I’ve tested the air with a PM meter and the air came out to being virtually clean at 99% with the pm meter also showing little to none particulates in the air. I had done a test that produced a strong Oder in the home and the iq air did a great job removing the oder within a reasonable amount of time. I’m definitely staying with this company for years to come especially with me having asthma. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with breathing issues and or air quality concerns.”

“When the LA store, which is now closed, was still open, I bought a Samsung drum washing machine there. They even gave me a free one-year warranty. In conclusion, it’s impossible to buy such a great product at such a low price as a new item. Even finding a used Samsung drum washing machine of the highest specifications that I use is difficult. Especially the Korean female staff member, whose name I don’t know, provided the best service with her kind, friendly, and professional attitude. I hope this store continues to thrive and stays in business for a long time, so consumers who want to buy good products at fair prices can choose it. Thank you so much !”
