I’m trying to save for a road trip with my family and have been unfortunate to all of the sudden need car repairs as well as a dental procedure due within weeks of my trip I’ve been trying to save for that I will now have little to bring on the trip since these pressing circumstances are very costly. “Great customer service there's a guy that worked here on August 8th 2025 2:PM he served me, when it was my turn in line he gave me GREAT CUSTOMER service, he deserves a promotion, & I also noticed while I was waiting in line he was actually teaching other customers a out how the shipping thing works since they seemed alil confused about media mail. “I've always lived in this city and I go here most of the time. Bryan and Tracy usually help me. They are always cheery, helpful and very knowledgeable about how to send mail/packages. Last Saturday had a 5 minute wait. Not bad for a weekend. Excellent customer service.”

“The standard experience of a USPS Post Office visit ranges from tolerable to downright awful (my worst experiences being in NYC), but I have never had a better experience than the Lincoln location. There’s something about the culture of this office that the staff are courteous, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, truly give a damn and go out of their way to help. There was an older gentleman (who retired in December) who was wonderful and his replacement is just as good. If only all USPS offices were this good. Thank you guys, you give us hope!”

“Good service. Kris helped us out as walk-ins for passports (we got lucky the office was not busy). He was courteous, walked us through the process and took our picture. We were done in a few minutes.
This office was clean and looked cared after. It was worth driving a few minutes out from Downey. If you need to do a passport walk in or schedule soon, go to this office they do walk-ins M-F, Downey does them only Thursdays. When I looked at the website this office had opened appointments with in 3 business days but Downey office was like 2 weeks out.”

“On my way to my evening class, I stopped by this USPS around 4:30 PM to send a package for the first time. I was second in line—nothing too busy. Since I’d never mailed a package before, I wasn’t sure what to do, but Mr. Chheng was incredibly kind and walked me through each step. He even lent me a pen, taped up my tag, and took the time to double-check my addresses—catching a mistake I hadn’t noticed and kindly fixing it. He seemed genuinely happy to help, which made the experience that much better. I’m really grateful for such a pleasant and helpful interaction!”
“I am a huge advocate for the USPS, especially now since younger people don't understand the difference between the USPS and UPS. The people who work here are nice and know me as a regular. And they usually have the newest books of stamps on offer so I always get mine there.”

“I utilize this particular USPS location as it's now my local branch since moving in this part of Los Angeles located in Hollywood and by far I have had the best experiences with simple customer service compared to three past local USPS locations I've had to deal with in other parts of LA County so I appreciate the time and effort given by the postal workers I've had the pleasure of assisting me with my postal service needs. “I found my package had been shipped to the wrong address (sending location had put the wrong address, probably because mine doesn't show up in the system), and I was so upset since I wasn't able to go home for Christmas and this was my one thing to remind me of my mom. I should've gotten her name, but the lady who answered not only got the carrier to retrieve the package from the wrong location, but also made sure my carrier got the package and delivered it to me. I can't thank my carrier and this angel lady enough. It would've been an extremely depressing Christmas not having anything under my tiny tree, especially from my mom, who is getting older, and who puts so much thought and love into her gifts.”

“went there two times at 12:45ish. the first time was no problem, the second time the employee was on an hour long lunch break so I had to go to another post office. not sure if this happens frequently but you may need to call to see if anyone is there during lunch time.”

“It's hard to find a good post office in LA but this one for sure will be my goto! Security is so tight at the door which may upset people but if you can look past that then this is one of the cleanest, quickest post offices I have been to in the city. It's located in the federal building making it nice location and I appreciated the service I got”

“So I just went to this post office with out knowing that the passport you need an appointment at this location but they told me Saturday they allowed walk in from 9:00 am to before 2:00 pm”
