“Found them through a random Google search. Great ratings on Google and Yelp so I gave them a shot. Called for a used battery for my 16' Kia Soul, guy said they were sold out and new shipment would come the next day. Called the following day and said they had it in stock. Pulled up to the shop but my GPS dropped me off at the back alley. BUT parking in the back made it convenient for the guy to change my battery and install the one I called in for. They guy was nice showed me the battery performance of the used battery even though I had no idea what he was talking about. ? Paid $45 with 8 months warranty, no tax plus tip just for making the entire process a breeze. Will be coming back here for sure. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!Prices are unbeatable. Informed me $45 for a used battery and $180 for a new one for my car so prices vary of course, can't beat that. ??????”

I called their main line and was helped right away as they looked into my order and provided with an update saying they had shipped. “I went to Auto Zone in Montebello to check my battery and alternator. They told me both my battery and alternator needed to be changed. They didn't want to help with changing the batter and could really care less.I then went to O'Reillys and KEVIN helped me out SIGNIFICANTLY! Not only did he help me realize it was just my bad battery, he got his tools to take the parts out install my battery for free. I have 2013 chevy impala so there a a few steps and tools needed to take it out. He was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! Never going to Autozone again. KEVIN at O'Reillys was awesome! Thank you again!”

“The side trim of my 1998 Buick had come off. I know nothing about cars, and have already been taken advantage of by a couple auto repair companies near me in Los Angeles. I asked Horatio at my local O’Reilly’s, what a ballpark cost would be to fix it, and before I knew it, Horatio had assessed the situation and found a way to replace the trim with just manipulating the piece firmly back into place. I gave him the opportunity to charge me for his help, and he graciously refused any remuneration for his efforts. I spoke to the store manager, Jesus, to praise Horatio, and he was friendly and knowledgeable and kind, as well. I now feel confident in asking these gentlemen anything about my car going forward, and I believe their recommendations will be honest and will steer me away from those who want to take advantage of an elderly woman.
