My packages always have end up being delivered on another date than the one given. I understand if it where to happen once or twice but every time.

Each location or city with FED EX should have it's own proper phone number so customers can contact them for their package(s) information. I tried many times but ALL I got was the automated service with the 1800 number and no luck with help.
