“You are not allowed to speak to a representative (or any human being) at the Bell, Ca. FedEx facility. In my situation, the computerized answers cannot resolve the problem. It involves a package to be delivered to an individual with multiple medical issues living on a second floor apartment. Therefore, I am writing to convey my frustration and anger over FedEx's extremely poor customer service, denying their customer the option to speak to a real person who could easily take actions to resolve the problem.”
“Went to get international shipping. The couple who run the store were super helpful and took their time with each customer -most of the people that came in while they were helping me were doing Live Scan. If someone was missing documents, they didn’t just send them off. They gave them instruction on reaching out to the business that needed to give them the rest of the paperwork needed.
Super efficient. Also the business is clean and not at all sad or messy looking like most postal service places are looking these days.
Parking is also good on weekday -went on a Monday afternoon.
They offer Fedex (what I used as it was most reasonable), DHL and USPS for ship/mailing.
Highly recommend and will be back to mail and ship for things that need to go out asap.”

“The staff at this location are always very organized, the associates are friendly, and they acknowledge you immediately once you come to the door, even if they're assisting a customer. They work efficiently, and are all knowledgeable; they've never made a mistake, if they have questions, they ask the senior personnel. I've never had an issue at that location. It's my favorite UPS store.”

“Customer Service and replacement motor are great. Unfortunately shipment was missing one of two mounting screws and all of the plastic push pins that secure the rubber boot. I called Customer Service needing to order a new controller unit. At same time asked if they could add the missing plastic push pins. Note I used one of my old mounting screws for missing screw. Was told would need to return the motor order or buy a new rubber motor cover. Organization needs to give the Customer Service people some leeway. Very frustrating since I cant return a new mounted motor. Guess I will use some baling wire to replace the missing pushpins!”

“I have worked with Stephanie like others mentioned here on the yelp reviews for TECO-LA notary and translation services. She is well-versed in this area and has tons of experience with both of these services (notary and translation). We started out communication with a phone call then emails to prep documents before my actual notary appointment. First of all the whole process with TECO-LA authentication is tedious and confusion (the website is probably one of the most difficult things to navigate and can be very confusing to understand and read). Stephanie helped me with understanding the document requirements and items needed for my application. I can't thank her enough with this. Her prices are fair and she is very professional, responsible and timely in her responses. Would recommend her with anyone needing notary or translation services with TECO-LA. She is the GO TO PERSON!”

I want to recognize Thomas and Steven at this UPS location for their excellent customer service. I had accidentally sent a very important envelope to the wrong address, and it was extremely urgent for me. I called the store only about 10 minutes before closing after customer service instructed me to contact the location for help with changing the address.
Even though it was almost closing time, Thomas was incredibly patient and took the time to gather all my information. He reassured me that they would take care of it and explained the process, including opening a ticket and changing the address or resending the package. He also explained that if it couldn't be completed that night, they would make it a priority first thing in the morning. His patience and reassurance really helped me during a stressful situation.
The next day, Steven called me to verify the information and process the address change. I unfortunately missed his first call, but he took the time to call me a second time. That really showed me that they genuinely cared about helping me and making sure the issue was resolved.
I am extremely grateful to Thomas and Steven. This was excellent, excellent service!
They understood how urgent the situation was and treated me with kindness, patience, and professionalism.
I love UPS, and because of experiences like this, I will continue recommending UPS to my friends and family. This location truly takes care of their customers. Thank you, Thomas and Steven, for going above and beyond!”
