Each location or city with FED EX should have it's own proper phone number so customers can contact them for their package(s) information. I tried many times but ALL I got was the automated service with the 1800 number and no luck with help.

They pretended to deliver my package 3 times and I purposefully stayed home all day to receive it but they did not even try to ring the bell and just left notes and made me come get it. Help desk was unhelpful. I would definitely use ups if you had a choice.

they lost a package I was waiting 6 months on. 6 months. I DONT CARE!! I WILL CALL U GUYS FOREVER IF NEEDED, U WILL FIND IT!!!!

I was supposed to get an almost $5k camera with signature required on Monday 17th. The driver JAKOB lied and signed himself and then when I made the claim he gave a wrong description about me pretending he gave it to someone at the location and that’s a complete lie. Now I can’t claim to the shipper or them or even insurance because they won’t cover it. That driver is a lier.

The drivers don't knock on your door, they just leave a note behind. They don't fill out the note either- you'll have to call support and find out where your package is.

FedEx really goes out of their way to make it inconvenient for the recipients. It's sad and pathetic of a company to do that.

People here are clearly not trained at all. I had called about a shipment that my mom ordered online if I was able to pick it up and had told me yes as long as I have her I.d with me. I go the next day and said I can’t pick it up because she needs to be the one to pick it up. Two people at the office are telling me different things. I was suppose to get the package on Tuesday. Now I have to wait to get it on Saturday when she’s not working. This is so ridiculous I have been trying to get ahold of this package because it’s urgent. They’re no help at all.

My envelope is being held hostage at this facility. Someone other than myself or the recipient did not request a hold. A two day delivery has now turned into 7 days. I was told it could take up to 48 hours to resolve this issue. This a JOKE. There should be an option for NO stars.

They do there job following guidelines. Im just glad I get my items.I went to a FedEx shipping center and they are not the same and It does suck the system is automated, but its because there are so many items being processed. Thanks FedEx!

Lying, unethical drivers who will drive right past your house and say they unsuccessfully tried to make a delivery, even though you were sitting on the porch watching the truck drive by. In the past 4 years, not a single package has been delivered to me successfully. Why even have the facade of delivery trucks at this point? Just turn your shipping centers into pickup locations and spare us the games.

Driver is lying and falsely marking delivery as “attempted to deliver, but no one was home”, while I did not get any text or calls and no one rang/knocked my door. All their customer service and notification/tracking system is waste of time. Never ordering anything with fedex again!

My package has been on hold for 7 days in another city and I haven't been notified even after requesteing they text/call me when they're outside. I called and the representative claimed the driver said they had no entry, yet the status shows an attempt to deliver in the city where it's been held, and I don't live there. Point is my package never left FEDEX for delivery and it's just there waiting to be picked up. What's the point of paying for shipping if your employees aren't doing their jobs. Not a lot of people are happy with this location, would be good if corporate got involved and did something about it.
