“Renovated hotel stay was comfortable. I would of giving it a 5 star but there was no water and you'll have to purchase it through a vending machine. Wish they would put a bottle or 2 free water in the fridge.”

“The Ritz Carlton in Los Angeles, where I stayed in late April, offered a luxurious urban retreat. Located in the vibrant heart of the city, the hotel provides easy access to LA's renowned attractions steps away from Crypto Arena formerly known as the Staple Center. The rooms offered panoramic views of the cityscape, and the rooftop pool was a serene escape from the urban bustle. The hotel's dining options were a highlight, featuring innovative cuisine and elegant settings.”

“The Hoxton is the epitome of predatory capitalism. I booked a nonrefundable room but got too sick to be able to fly and had to cancel my trip. It's one thing to not give me a refund but they wouldn't even give me a credit for a future stay. They should accommodate when people have to cancel due to unexpected circumstances like extreme illness. I am doing them and the customers a service by not going there and spreading my sickness, but instead I was penalized and lost $500. I talked to their customer service, it was a joke. They were not helpful and just kept repeating that it's nonrefundable - yes I know it's nonrefundable but as a hotel you should accommodate people for these unexpected, severe circumstances. Will never book at this hotel because they steal your money and have no customer service for when things go wrong. Absolutely disgusting.”

“Just stayed at this property overnight for the Adam Lambert + Queen concert and we were wowed by the extraordinary service of the team. Ramon, Deryck and Alex made us feel like a red carpet was rolled out for us. Shuttle service was above and beyond which I hope Alex did not get in trouble for taking us and the other guests in the shuttle a little extra mile. There is no doubt he wants to give the best experience for the guests and we extremely appreciate it. Thanks to Sabrina, that warm, friendly and pretty face for the swift check in and Alfonso for taking us to our room and showing us the view, proudly explaining the property's location and the nearby places to check out, asking if we need anything and offered us a bucket of ice which was really kind. Kayla at Noe's was super amazing! She made sure that orders were right, drinks were our liking and taking the time to check on us from time to time. Location is great but what stood out is the wonderful team you have who are proud to help the guests. It may be a quick stay but a great one! Thank you team Omni L.A! You rock!”

“Great staff, cool building, but it’s very very noisy. Sound insulation is much needed between, but more importantly the outside. Windows sound like they are open when shut, and there’s a lot of noise out there (it’s LA after all).Overall good value, could be made even better with window fixes”

“I would say I would give this place 10 stars for its service. I specially would like to thank Taylor at the reception. This hotel has a lot of history, it is extremely beautiful and elegant. I couldn’t use any amenities since extremely busy but I saw it. They have 3 restaurants inside the hotels, all of them 5 stars service and food. I would definitely visit again and stay there.”

“I absolutely loved this hotel! It's beautiful on the inside. The way it was designed is genius. We had a beautiful double bed room in the yellow tower on the 19th floor. The views were absolutely amazing. The rooms were incredibly clean. I didn't realize there would be a fridge in the room, but that was a really nice touch. I loved the roller ball lavender by the bed. The outlets were strategically placed to charge our phones. There was an in-room coffee maker near the fridge. I also liked that the closet was behind the door and near the bathroom. We visited the gym that had complimentary towels, water, and Gatorade. I thought that was a nice touch. All the standard equipment was there that you'd need for a nice workout. I liked the options to connect to Netflix, YouTube and TV on the machines. The hotel houses multiple restaurants. We mostly visited the one in the lobby area. This is where we picked up morning coffee, fruit, yogurt, and our breakfast sandwiches (rather pricey, but convenient). The Mexican food restaurant was tasty as well.I like that the towers are color-coded. This makes someone who is directionally challenged (such as myself) feel comfortable with navigating this large space. The glass elevators remind me of Willy Wonka - you view starts inside and ends up outside. You must experience this for yourself! The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Los Angeles. We were able to walk to the convention center where our event was held.”

“Booked this place with Chase Hotels and it was such a lovely stay! Stayed 1 night for a concert and we enjoyed it so much. The design of the room was unique and beautifully decorated. We loved the wooden floors and the overall aesthetic. Staff was very friendly! The valet was very helpful, and I would recommend using them instead of worrying about self-parking. Wish we had the chance to try out the restaurants because they looked very aesthetic! A few downsides were that the speaker in the room didn't work and that the area around the hotel was a bit loud at night and felt unsafe. Overall, the hotel itself was a very cool, trendy place to stay at and the service was very good. If I had the opportunity to stay here again, I would!”

“The location was great. The room was a nice size for two people. I paid before i arrived. then when i arrived they still asked for a $400 deposit and it will be returned at checkout. Self parking was $49.00 a night plus $4.90 tax.(tax on each night) The signed agreement stated that it was $25 a night. The person said that it needed to be updated (not the custom fault) that’s what i agreed to pay. The room smelled like a dog stayed the night before and no one did a deep cleaning before the next quest. After checkout it was only $180 return to my card. So i paid 220 to park each night. The location was cool.”

“Let me just say, this is the best Motel 6 in the LA area. Rooms are clean! Staff is friendly and the motel is easily accessible to nearby restaurants and stores. Definitely enjoy my stay every time I come to Motel 6 Bell gardens. :)Rooms: Clean & Organized”

“Will definitely be a returning customer. The room was incredibly spacious. Thoroughly cleaned. The bathroom/shower area was large and updated. Even had a large 65" flat screen TV. The hotel also has their own bar which is pretty popular. They share the property with a diner on the ground level that is also popular and convenient. It's like you have everything in one location and it works! The aesthetic and style is based on pop culture of the 80's/90's which is fun. Parking option is only valet and will cost you $35. I was nervous about the security level around parking but they have a 24hr parking service. Location is also amazing because it is right off Hollywood Blvd and tucked away from traffic and within range of so many fun LA activities. Worth staying here!”

“SERVICE & CHECKINCheckin was slow as molasses (so much paperwork) ontop of the long wait for a room to become available. When early checkin IS available it will cost you $50 (a bit excessive). Valet parking cost $10/night. There are also resort fees: $10/night. Tap payment wasn't available.Front desk is very lively, helpful, & also multilingual. Not pet friendly.LOBBY, ELEVATOR, CORRIDORSThe lobby is large but still felt congested due to some of the design decisions, orientation, & seating. Elevators were slower than expected but are sufficiently spacious, with multiple functional lifts. The corridors were ornate & have a very pleasing color pattern. ROOM (guest room & suite)We tried the double queen guest room & a suite. We found both configurations to be comfortably spacious, with a high degree of cleanliness & ample storage for our extended stay. The design of the rooms is generally just really impressive with a lot to appreciate: high-ceilings, a myriad of seating options, great natural+overhead lighting, floor-to-ceiling windows, clear views across the city, blackout curtains ergonomic workspaces, & plush hotel stock.Nothing I can think to complain about... BEDThe mattresses are more soft than firm, which I don't usually enjoy but the bedding was too good to protest. Soft, cozy, clean, & better than most brands with self-described "premium" bedding. One thing I didn't love was the choice of metal/aluminum base; just too noisy & atypical.BATHLavish & indulgent bathroom designs in guest rooms & suites, with some of the most impressive shower installations I've experienced in my last ~70 stays: high quality fixtures, tile, & accents all throughout. No pre-stocked shower sets but there's a plethora of Whish toiletries provided for your convenience. The bath robes are also with the hassle of requesting.Yet It's not without a few flaws: towels are on the smaller side, the water pressure is a bit weak, & the OSFA slippers did not fit me (size 11)TV & ENTERTAINMENT42" LG HD flatscreen on swivel base (guest room) or rotating entertainment center (suite). The entertainment setup in the suite was more fashionable than functional; not as accommodating as the guest room counterpart. Most of the built-in services didn't work & other integrations wouldn't connect. I wish they did less with the set top box because the apps are a hassle.WI-FI & CELL RECEPTIONComplimentary WiFi is unencrypted but performs very well! Solid for work & streaming. Verizon cell service was adequate & reliable in the building/area.--Nerd Stats--56-81 Mbps download 36-46 Mbps upload0% packet loss9 ms latency3 ms jitter--Performance--Video streaming - goodOnline gaming - averageVideo chatting - good FOOD & DRINKStarbucks is no longer on-property, which is disappointing but thankfully it's a DoorDash friendly location. Rooms are equipped with the status quo mini coffee bar & a medium mini fridge. There's a restaurant onsite but it's not particularly accommodating for multiple food allergies so we didn't partake in room service this time. If you're craving junk food, there's also a mini market in the lobby.NOISEThe sound proofing is solid. It doesn't completely dampen the city noise found in downtown LA (police, ambulance, etc) but it does a good enough job.LOCATIONLots of convenience stores & restaurants within walking distance. There's varying amounts of un-homed that roam in the vicinity but there's a consistent security presence nearby. VERDICTDespite the spa still being (indefinitely) closed, I enjoyed this property WAY more than I expected & extended my stay a number of times. It's a feature rich hotel with plenty of indulgences & I highly recommend it for your next staycation. 4.5/5 Room walkthrough videos:Guest Room: youtube.com/shorts/kfTIj…Suite: youtu.be/4yrpo3Of0uA?fea…”

“Hotel is in a quiet residential area, rooms are clean, and staff is very pleasant. Mini fridge in the room, and parking is only $5 dollars. Also the hotel rate per night, is below average for the area, 100% recommend!”

“GREAT experience at this very modern and industrial hotel. I tend to gravitate towards the Ace, because the vibe is so great. All the front desk staff, restaurant staff, bellman, and bartenders were awesome! I only wish there was a hot tub on the roof. But they do have a hot pool, and it was almost as good. Also, very good bathtub in my room. Super deep and long for my taller frame. Will definitely return to this hotel! Highly recommended.”

“Good customer service, but over all, the breakfast was wonderful, not gonna lie I think her name was Josefina, she was super nice and helpful, everything was 10/10. I always thought that the breakfast in the hotels was terrible, but here, believe me, you're gonna love ”

“We chose the hotel based on the availability of parking at the hotel, proximity to Hollywood Boulevard and reasonable cost. And everything coincided! We asked for a quiet room and they provided it to us. The area around the hotel is quiet, despite the fact that there is a highway nearby, and there are no homeless people. Solid recommendations!”

“Great small motel in a really convenient location, plenty of food options are available walking distance from this motel, the rooms are quite small but I was staying by myself for a weekend in town so it was just perfect, pretty clean room, comfortable bed, quiet and drama-free even tho this is a budget motel it doesn't feel sketchy, the neighborhood is cool to walk around, and free parking was a great plus.”

“Worse customer service ever, there not even on the same page with their own employees and supposably managers, each hotel webpage has a dictionary of contact information regarding complaints and booking and there page had no number or any info, do not book , hate this place , overpriced, Vegas hotels are way better and know how to handle at types of issue..”

“The Rodeway Inn is a surprising delight. Don't let the exterior and the lobby turn you off. There is nothing special about either. But then when I opened the door to the room I was pleasantly surprised. The room was updated and well designed. The bed was a little soft but comfy, and I got a great night's sleep. The shower was also very nice with a glass door and rainfall shower head. There is a small complimentary breakfast of coffee and pastries. There is a grocery store a block away and plenty of restaurants across the street. I would definitely stay here again.”
