“I gotta tell you this place helped me so much when I was in a pinch. My car wasn't starting on a Wednesday morning as I was about to head out for work. I was able to get it jump started, but I knew it needed a new battery. My dad recommended this place and they were so quick to help!! I showed up, parked on the street, and left my car running because if I turned it off I wouldn't be able to turn it back on. I let them know that I needed a battery and that I couldn't turn my car off or else it would be dead. The owner quickly checked to see if he had a battery for my car (2009 Mazda 3) and he had it. I asked if he could also replace it for me because I had to get to work. Without missing a beat he agreed and within 10 minutes of being there, I had a refurbished battery ready to go in my car. They took my old battery in when they replaced it with the refurbished one. Even though they're refurbished, my car runs and turns on without a hassle now. Best of all, THE PRICE WAS SO GOOD!! I got charged $35 for the whole thing. For my old battery, for the refurbished battery, and for the service. I'm sure depending on the battery, the price changes but man.. you cannot go wrong with that price. He also gave me six months of warranty. My dad swears by this place and honestly, I can see why. “Came on and bought a group 24 deep cycle for a dump trailer. Went home and battery was dead. Employee said they were closing so bring it back tomorrow. Brought it back and still needed to be charged. No discount, no credit for wasting my time and labor when I run a business. Well this replacement one lasted 2 year and it’s bad. Called and no prorations and 1 year warranty. Corporate reached out and told me to bring the battery to George at SFS location. While the battery wasn’t replaced for free (didn’t expect it), he did provide a significant price reduction which was supposedly at cost. Lesson learned, only speak to George as he is the one who can fix issues. I appreciate the help and did raise the review due to the business making an effort.”
“Very nice knowledgeable people you'lllikeworkingwith. Full service. You want it they hand it to you. No looking all over to find out it's in back or not stocked. If you want something unusual they have it or will get it. They have taught me new ways to fix things. They are the best. If you're having a hard time do yourself a favor and let them help you. I know you'll like them and be back for the easy stuff.

“I bought one of their super start Extreme battery with a three-year warranty about ten months later my truck kept going into deep sleep mode despite recharging the battery, I brought it in and it tested good but showed it needed a charge, I told them I had already done so. they offered to swap it out with a new battery and extended the warranty. hopefully, this one lasts longer. but I am happy with their service.”

My go to person is Abel, as he knows how to get the job done efficiently! I know I can rely on him to help me with all of my car issues. Even if it is not related to batteries, he refers me to who I need to work with.
That skill of good referrals is very important to me, as I am studying to become a therapist, and that skill is very important for customer service. Good referrals often bring back better clientele.”
