“I was referred to Bellflower Auto Square Collision by both of my brother-in laws who were previous customers and had a great experience in getting their vehicles repaired. I also had other family members who were also customers here in the past and had a great experience with not only getting their vehicle fixed, but just the overall customer service they received. I was told to contact Carlo. I called Carlo and he took care from the first phone call I made. He was great in constantly communicating with me through the entire process either by phone call or text. Carlo truly respects your time and is great at understanding how important it is for the customer to get things done. Carla and Kuya George were also super helpful and responsive when Carlo was not available to answer questions. They will also help you out with following up you with any extra paperwork or supplemental your insurance may ask for or require. They too will help you through the entire process. I can't also thank them both enough. When it was time to pick up my car, it's like the damage was never there. My rear bumper and taillights were damaged. “Cal Auto helped me repair my rear bumper after I was involved in a fender bender. Maria was super awesome and helpful and did all the insurance work for me at no extra cost. Cal auto even replaced some old fuses that went out for free. She assured me everything was going to be fine and she didn’t lie. “As a disclaimer, I hate dealing with car stuff. Unfortunately, my car got sideswiped while I was parked in front of work. My dad brought his truck to Dorias in the past after an accident. So, I found the business card and called them. The owner answered the phone and I explained my damage. He told me to come in and he would give me an estimate. He actually noticed my inner wheel well was bent from the accident. I had just noticed the scratches. He wrote me up an estimate to bend it back and fix the paint. It was reasonable. I thought it would be around $350. The estimate was for $295. It's nice that it was under my initial guesstimate. The owner Richard is very informative and friendly. I am bringing my car back to have it done this week. I will update if anything changes. But, I'm very happy with the communication so far.”

“10/10, Elmer at E&A Autobody restored my 2001 Tundra to perfection! My truck had faded, oxidized, chipped, peeling paint, and some very rusted parts. Now, it looks like when it rolled off the factory floor, but even better with all the custom touches : ) There's a beautiful metallic silver, deep-gloss paint job everywhere. And to give it just the right contrast, they installed all new custom-painted satin black trim, and painted the wheels and emblems to match...so satisfying ?Elmer's a master painter, and king of the clearcoat! He even applied rubberized undercoating to the frame to protect against rust! I didn't order any interior work, yet they returned it cleaner than when I dropped it off. These guys are magicians in my book ✨ Elmer kept me updated at each step of the project, remembering every detail down to smallest set screw.
