“They were cool and all but they can be a bit expensive. And the reason I gave them 4 stars was because they didn't do what I asked. And that was to check out my whole car and inspect it. I needed them to make sure that there wasn't anything else I needed to worry about. I know I was there solely to get my brakes fixed. But as much as they try and charge you the least they can do is to at least warn me of all fluid levels that are needed in my car. But no they didn't do that! In fact they didn't warn me about any other problems that I may have with my car. Nope they just fixed my brakes and sent me on my way. Until I find out later by someone else that I have no power steering fluid. And I have no motor oil in my car. I mean I'm a girl I don't know these things which is why whenever I take my car in for one problem I ask them if they could check all the stuff I may need more of. But they refrained from doing that! I guess nobody wants to go above and beyond anymore smh.”
“I am so beyond pleased with Galaxy Auto Haus!
Last year, my car had a slight disagreement with a brick wall… which left some pretty significant damage to the entire front end. I was honestly expecting a stressful, expensive process, but Galaxy Auto Haus completely changed that experience.
They took the time to actually walk me through pricing by showing me options online instead of just throwing out random numbers or going off past estimates. The transparency alone was a huge green flag.
What really stood out was their problem-solving. Other shops told me the entire car would need to be repainted because of the specific diamond blue color, which sounded like a nightmare in both cost and time. But Galaxy Auto Haus found parts already coated in the exact paint match — saving me both time and money. That level of effort and attention to detail is rare.
They also offered alternatives when issues came up, including some no-cost options (y’all seriously rocked for that).
And I have to talk about the front desk/customer service ICON everyone mentions in the reviews — because wow, it’s all true ? She is beyond personable, incredibly helpful, and communicates so well. She even sent photo updates throughout the process, which made me feel so reassured. Honestly, she’s probably bringing in half the business herself and deserves a raise. She is seriously an amazing asset.
Overall, this was such a smooth, positive experience. I’ll absolutely be referring everyone (and their mother) here.

Factory parts and got them to pay for every little detail. Not only was I impressed by the work he detailed my car inside and out my chrome rims were horrendous my headlights we so hazy. They washed the car & it was super clean inside ! They placed the paper & plastic bags to protect the driver's seat ! All around great job !”

“wow unbelievable someone tried to kill me and my 1995 truck. at last minute ended up with a side swipe and crushed fender, bumper, and unobtanium header and miscellaneous electrical parts. once the gathered the parts i took them to Jons and man did he do magic. i didnt want the primo paint as only the new paint would be from the new damage. well the paint job and body work makes the truck look brand new ... if you are only looking at that pattern of the truck. now i need to save my pennies to splash the rest of the truck. Sure i could have let jon find all the parts but a few are no longer made by the oem or after marketers. it is nice that he was willing to work with my parts, some shops wont do that especially when dealing with insurance settlements”

I was recommended this auto body shop by my Cambodian Uber driver and am so happy I found them.
I needed a new radiator and Huang over at Tap's was direct and honest about what needed to be done. They quoted me an extremely fair price and I felt taken care of. I even checked the price that they quoted me for a new radiator online and it was way below the standard price AND I checked it against another local autobody shop (Elite Complete Auto Repair) and Tap's price was almost $700 cheaper. Do not recommend Elite Complete Auto Repair at all, they overcharge tremendously.
I cannot recommend them enough and there's a reason they have been in business for so long. Thank you Tap's!”

Took my Honda Accord for a new front bumper and grille, and a repair on my hood. Parts, paint, and labor were at a reasonable price. The repair and paint match the silver color of my car. Good quality paint and work.
The owner's daughter, the receptionist, was friendly and nice. They had proposed a three to four day job, which took them 2 days instead.
I definitely recommend this body shop. The service is great. The price for the work is reasonable. Awesome work quality.”

“Enrique and his team are the people you want to work on your car or truck. The workmanship and attention to detail are exceptional and just part of the experience. He doesn't brag about all the shows he won, so when he suggests something listen. He knows his craft. He was skeptical of a few hood mods I wanted and I'm grateful I listened.
However, he came through with the bed liner on the grill guard and running boards. Even though he thought it a mistake to do, in the end even he commented that it was the right call. Might not last, but gives me time to find replacements I like. But I think I won't have to. It was killer difficult but turn out amazing.
We aren't done. Next some custom detail paint and trim. The transformation of a standard 1995 K2500 SLS into a Gerson's Machinery Co. K3500 Custom R4D4 is nearing completion.”

“I was dreading dealing with a beat-up bumper after a minor accident. I have a Tesla and was worried about repairing it. But Pan’s came to the rescue! I dropped my car off in the morning expecting it to take a few days to fix. To my surprise it was ready the very next day.
The repair itself is flawless. You can’t even tell there was a dent or scratch. The paint job is well done, a perfect match to the rest of my car. They even washed and waxed the exterior plus charged it for me which was a nice unexpected touch.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with Pan’s. Friendly service, top-notch repairs, and an incredibly fast turnaround. If you need auto body work, look no further!
