I brought in my 2018 Acura ILX for a damaged front bumper, and it came out looking good as new in a timely manner. From start to finish, the service was truly immaculate.

Francisco and the team were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Since this was my first time going through an insurance claim, I really appreciated Luis taking the time to guide me through the entire process. He carefully reviewed the insurance estimate with me, explained the pricing, and even worked directly with the insurance company—which made a huge difference.

“I am so beyond pleased with Galaxy Auto Haus!

Last year, my car had a slight disagreement with a brick wall… which left some pretty significant damage to the entire front end. I was honestly expecting a stressful, expensive process, but Galaxy Auto Haus completely changed that experience.

They took the time to actually walk me through pricing by showing me options online instead of just throwing out random numbers or going off past estimates. The transparency alone was a huge green flag.

What really stood out was their problem-solving. Other shops told me the entire car would need to be repainted because of the specific diamond blue color, which sounded like a nightmare in both cost and time. But Galaxy Auto Haus found parts already coated in the exact paint match — saving me both time and money. That level of effort and attention to detail is rare.

They also offered alternatives when issues came up, including some no-cost options (y’all seriously rocked for that).

And I have to talk about the front desk/customer service ICON everyone mentions in the reviews — because wow, it’s all true ? She is beyond personable, incredibly helpful, and communicates so well. She even sent photo updates throughout the process, which made me feel so reassured. Honestly, she’s probably bringing in half the business herself and deserves a raise. Maryann kindly came out to look at my car, mind you I had just received 2 quotes an hour before coming to Quality Assured Collision. Maryann advised me this was not bad at all putting me in a peaceful state. She continued to inspect the damage to my car and was not only super honest, but genuine with telling me exactly what she could do to fix my vehicle. “My wife was involved in a accident in our 2011 Ford Edge. Frank is an independent shop which means he didn't work for the insurance people he worked in my behalf. Factory parts and got them to pay for every little detail. Not only was I impressed by the work he detailed my car inside and out my chrome rims were horrendous my headlights we so hazy. I bought my car used and it looked a 1000 times better than when I drove it off the lot. Frank and his team work at the highest standards with integrity. Would recommend 100%”

“They were cool and all but they can be a bit expensive. And the reason I gave them 4 stars was because they didn't do what I asked. And that was to check out my whole car and inspect it. I needed them to make sure that there wasn't anything else I needed to worry about. I know I was there solely to get my brakes fixed. But as much as they try and charge you the least they can do is to at least warn me of all fluid levels that are needed in my car. But no they didn't do that! In fact they didn't warn me about any other problems that I may have with my car. Nope they just fixed my brakes and sent me on my way. Until I find out later by someone else that I have no power steering fluid. And I have no motor oil in my car. I mean I'm a girl I don't know these things which is why whenever I take my car in for one problem I ask them if they could check all the stuff I may need more of. But they refrained from doing that! I guess nobody wants to go above and beyond anymore smh.”

“wow unbelievable someone tried to kill me and my 1995 truck. at last minute ended up with a side swipe and crushed fender, bumper, and unobtanium header and miscellaneous electrical parts. once the gathered the parts i took them to Jons and man did he do magic. i didnt want the primo paint as only the new paint would be from the new damage. well the paint job and body work makes the truck look brand new ... if you are only looking at that pattern of the truck. now i need to save my pennies to splash the rest of the truck. Sure i could have let jon find all the parts but a few are no longer made by the oem or after marketers. it is nice that he was willing to work with my parts, some shops wont do that especially when dealing with insurance settlements”

“I rarely write reviews, but after my experience with Class Auto Center in Long Beach, I felt I owed them one, especially Mario Escalante.

I brought my Tesla Model Y in for a repair, and from the beginning the team was very responsive. They made scheduling easy, communicated directly with my insurance company, and handled everything so I didn't have to deal with any payment or insurance headaches.

There was a small miscommunication about the pickup time because an employee unexpectedly had to leave work after not feeling well. Things happen. What impressed me was how Mario (Escalante) handled it.

He immediately took responsibility, apologized for the delay and the wait, and, most importantly, asked what he could do to make the experience better. No excuses, just a genuine effort to take care of the customer.

I mentioned that I also had a small scratch on the rear door that wasn't part of the original repair. Mario told me to bring the car back when I had time and that he would take care of it at no charge.

A week or two later, I brought the car back. Not only did they take care of the scratch and repaint the area beautifully, they detailed the entire car. When I picked it up, my Model Y honestly looked like it had just come out of a Tesla showroom.

That is what great customer service looks like to me. Problems or misunderstandings can happen anywhere. What matters is how people respond to them, and Mario went above and beyond to turn a small inconvenience into an excellent experience.

Mario, I owe you this review. Thank you for taking care of me and my car.

“I always judge the place by how I'm treated when I walk into the place. I like the place immediately, curtious staffing.
I liked that they listen to you and not pressure you to get anything done you don't want or need. You're given the pricing options and you decide for yourself on what's the best choice.
The car was done as scheduled and I love the end result. The color looks as good as when I first got it. I love orange, you can actually spot the car in a parking lot!

The owner's daughter, the receptionist, was friendly and nice. They had proposed a three to four day job, which took them 2 days instead.
