“I took my work truck to get an alignment because the front tires were wearing very uneven. The guys at this shop were professional and friendly. They were busy so I needed to schedule an appointment but they were able to get me in 2 days later. It took approx. 4 hours, which I was told in advance because of the specialty equipment mounted on my truck. Cost was around $220 and truck drives perfectly smooth now. Very satisfied and recommend Star.”

“TLDR: Excellent service, highly knowledgeable, and very affordable! My first experience with Bellflower Automotive was Jan 2024 and based on it they are second to none and better than the dealership! I am eternally grateful they provided a more affordable, reasonable pricing than what I was quoted at the dealership. Saved me $1k on the issue I came in for, and another $200 on a separate issue.Details:I talked to Andrew and he was able to get me an estimate of service over the phone for what I thought the issue was (hybrid battery needed to be replaced). I researched and shopped around for a couple days and it was between going to the Toyota dealership, Bellflower Automotive, and another local repair shop. This place had good reviews and the best quote so I booked and got it towed over to them first thing next day, and got my car back before lunch with a brand new OEM hybrid battery. He even saved me at least $200 by replacing a bulb on a taillight issue I asked about when I picked up the car. He advised to return the taillight I bought and get my money back (it was in its box new and unused). I was so grateful and impressed -- it really made me want to learn more about car maintenance. PSA: check with Bellflower Automotive before you buy an entire taillight component like the parts shops and even dealership parts dept says you need. Thank you to Andrew and everyone at Bellflower Automotive who had a hand in getting my baby running again!”

“I was referred to Bellflower Auto Square Collision by both of my brother-in laws who were previous customers and had a great experience in getting their vehicles repaired. I also had other family members who were also customers here in the past and had a great experience with not only getting their vehicle fixed, but just the overall customer service they received. I was told to contact Carlo. I called Carlo and he took care from the first phone call I made. He was great in constantly communicating with me through the entire process either by phone call or text. Carlo truly respects your time and is great at understanding how important it is for the customer to get things done. Carla and Kuya George were also super helpful and responsive when Carlo was not available to answer questions. They will also help you out with following up you with any extra paperwork or supplemental your insurance may ask for or require. They too will help you through the entire process. I can't also thank them both enough. When it was time to pick up my car, it's like the damage was never there. My rear bumper and taillights were damaged. They were able to restore my Toyota Camry as if it were a brand new car. If you are looking to get your car repaired, I highly recommend Bellflower Auto Square Collision. They truly are a great team and work together to help their customers. They will do their absolute best to help you and expedite fixing your vehicle as best and quickly as possible. “After receiving a bill of $1,649 for radiator repairs on my 2000 Honda Odyssey I spoke with Tony and the mechanics at Bellflower Radiator Repair. They said to bring the car over then, so I had it towed from Pep Boys to their shop. Tony was able to check all of the symptoms related to the radiator, and get to the main issue very quickly, (It was a broken heater hose). He was able to get through the other issues related to the battery drain, replace all of the hoses, the thermostat, and everything else related, including the sliding side doors to help with the battery drain issue. He did all of this for $340. I'm so happy, relieved, and thankful that I will get through this without another huge bill that I would have had to charge on credit and pay over time with Pep Boys. So, Bellflower Radiator Repair and associates have been a real blessing to me. I greatly appreciate their honesty, straight forwardness, and professionalism in the automobile industry.”

“My check engine light came on and the code had something to do with a Transmission Range Sensor. I did a trusted yelp search, and Bellflower Transmission came up. Thank you Yelp community...June was both professional and friendly over the phone. I told him what the code read, and he told me to bring my car in and plan to leave it, so he can check a few things. He told me it could be a loose wire, or the actual range sensor itself...but he would not know until he had the car. I had a co-worker give me a ride in the morning so I could drop my car off. June called me mid-afternoon to tell me that he could find nothing wrong with my transmission or the wires. So he cleared the check engine code, and drove it around to see if it would pop back up again...luckily it did not and I was good to go. He told me to bring it back if by some odd reason it did pop up again...fingers crossed that it won't! He did not try to sell me any unnecessary repairs and was so easy to work with. He's definitely made a new customer out of me!!!”
