“I came here to get a new passport and I was expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised with how great the service was. They took me a little before my actual appointment time which helped me get out on time. Lloyd was the exceptional employee that helped me through the process. I had no idea what I was doing and he was so patient and kind. He let me retake my picture so I wasn't stuck with a horrible passport photo. He made sure everything was correct and walked me through the expedited process. His other colleagues were also very kind and helpful.
