“Dr Jennifer Moore and this place are so amazing. I was extremely sick with a virus that was not getting better. A previous trip to a different urgent care proved to be unhelpful. There wasn’t any testing done and I was sent home with multiple cough meds. I got even more sick the next day. When I checked in at Urgent Care Pros, I was quickly given all the tests…COVID, flu, urine, bloods and a chest xray. They quickly diagnosed me with walking pneumonia. I was sent home with multiple antibiotics and steroids. The staff was so knowledgeable and kind. They even called me at least 3 times during the week to check on me. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend”

“I got very lucky as a walk-in patient. There were 4 walk-in customers in the queue ahead of me waiting for the facility to open. When they started letting customers in, they allowed the only customer with the first appointment to enter first. There were 3 check-in kiosks. The 4 people customers ahead of me went to the other 2 kiosks, while I followed the only customer with an appointment. Luckily, he knew the process, so his check-in was quick; and because I also am familiar with the self-check-in process when he finished, I simply checked-in making me the first walk-in the official queue, while the other 4 people who had been ahead of me where still trying to figure it out. I was seated for all of 5 minutes before my name was called to be seen. So, I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes. My best time yet. As usual, the staff was friendly and professional.”

“I got sent here because they accepted Tricare, bless their hearts. I hate going to Wilmington for anything, so I wasn't expecting much at this Urgent Care. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the staff was. What impressed me the most was the Nurse Practitioners that treated me. I didn't catch one of their names but the one I did catch was Linda Takvorian. She was incredibly professional, thorough, and compassionate. Maybe I'm accustomed to military medical, but the way she cared for me is something I'll remember for a long time. Yes, it's in Wilmington, but this is the one place in that town I'll happily visit again.
Also, they stop seeing patients after 4:00 pm everyday, even though they stay open until 7.”

“We had a great experience at the LabCorp in Cypress. I brought my daughter in for a blood test at 7:30 am, hoping to get it done before school. We were not aware that we had to make an appointment, but, Leslie, the front desk nurse, was kind enough to make an exception and helped us check in.
We were then attended by the amazing and very experienced nurse, Roxanne, that made my very nervous daughter ( and myself) feel at ease with the process of getting blood drawn.
Thank you guys for making such a nerve wrecking experience more than tolerable.”

“Took My Uncle today for some blood work spanish speaker so I went to help. The nurse Laura was working both front desk and back office by herself. “I needed my annual lab work done and my doctor referred me to this Labcorp location. Was my first time using this location but have been to other Labcorps before. I got there 20 mins before they opened and they had a line of 6 people already. Once they opened they were pretty organized and served the patients in the order we came in. I didn't have to wait too long and they got me in and out of the place fast. The staff were very friendly and made sure everyone waiting was taken care of.”

“Had a great experience here! I took my dad to get blood work done here and it was easy peasy. Made an appointment online and showed up for my appointment about 10 min early. The waiting room was totally dead! It was just us. Shortly after checking-in using the kiosk, they called our name. Sonia drew my dads blood and she was great! Super kind and sweet. She was very patient as well as my dads English is not great. Tip: the kiosk will scan your ID and insurance card so be sure to bring that. And always have your lab order printed as they will ask for it. Side note, the parking lot can be quite busy. Either way, a great Quest experience! I'd come back to this location!”
