Every time we come in to buy food, I end up spending at least 15 extra minutes just looking at all the new lizards, chameleons, snakes, and other reptiles. It’s not just a store — it feels like a little reptile zoo (with turtles too! 😊).

I had been looking everywhere for millet for the sparrows that visit my home, including other pet stores, but I could not find what I needed. Pet Town was recommended to me, so I drove there, and I am glad I did.
Sue was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. When I asked about millet, she knew exactly what I needed, showed me the sack of millet, and made sure I left with the right product.
It is rare to find that kind of personal customer service these days. Sue made the experience feel friendly and genuine.

“I like the store a lot but I loved it more when they had VIP pet care. I realized they were just a tenant but it was such a huge value add for me. Nearly every time I brought my dog in I would always end up looking at toys and buying treats or something else. “honestly did not expect much since its out in the middle of nowhere but drove past and decided to stop. place is small but packed with everything you could need for your pets. the lady running it was super friendly and actually knew her stuff about the dog food i was looking at. found a thick harness for my lab that actually fits right and doesnt rub weird. prices were fair not cheap but not marked up like some places. already planning my next trip back since they had cat stuff i havent seen anywhere else.”
