“I like the store a lot but I loved it more when they had VIP pet care. I realized they were just a tenant but it was such a huge value add for me. Nearly every time I brought my dog in I would always end up looking at toys and buying treats or something else. They really know their stuff when it comes to dog food and care a lot about the things you feed your dog”

“Amazing, caring staff, very knowledgeable and super friendly and patient with kids. We had a lot of questions as first-time bird parents. We were there to just look around and we came out with a beautiful baby cockatiel. This store is 10/10. I definitely recommend checking them out before going somewhere else.”

“TC is the best there is! This is now the only place I will go for my dogs food and treats. I found this place by searching for healthy dog treats in Long Beach and snacks that would help her dental hygiene, breathe, and overall health without all the added ingredients in regular pet food stores. A lot of their treats are single ingredient only. My dog loves the beef trachea for cleaning her teeth, chiken strips, beef strips, salmon skin, and chiken necks. I have also just completed switched to the TC Raw food after 10 years of healthy, but store bought boxed, cooked dog food. Bill and Wendy are so friendly and knowledgeable, and I would highly highly recommend TC for your dog or cats supreme nutrition!”

“We got this cake for our sweet 12-year-old dog, and it was an absolute hit! From the moment we brought it out, she was excited, and she loved every single second of enjoying it. The cake looked adorable, was fresh, and clearly made with dogs in mind. Seeing her so happy on her special day made it worth every penny. At 12 years old, she deserves to be spoiled, and this cake helped make her birthday extra memorable. We will definitely be ordering again for future celebrations. Highly recommend for any pup's special day! 🐾🎂❤”

“This place is great. We stopped by because it was the only feed store on our way home. The service prodvided my the kind man was exceptional, he was very knowledgeable about the birds and ducks they had. We went there to buy some starter chick feed and came back with a khaki campbell duck that my wife adored. Great mom and pop shop.”

“I had a wonderful experience at Pet Town. I had been looking everywhere for millet for the sparrows that visit my home, including other pet stores, but I could not find what I needed. Pet Town was recommended to me, so I drove there, and I am glad I did. Sue was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. When I asked about millet, she knew exactly what I needed, showed me the sack of millet, and made sure I left with the right product. It is rare to find that kind of personal customer service these days. Sue made the experience feel friendly and genuine. Thank you, Sue, and thank you, Pet Town. I truly appreciate the help and will be back again.”

“We had such a good experience at this bird shop! Very, very impressed with the guy, I belive his name is Isaac. I assume he is the owner. He was very honest, right on point, super knowledgeable and skilful. The woman who works there was also good at her job. We purchased a 2 month old lovebird who is a doll. We can not be happier. Thank you, Isaac!”

“I came here for a dog adoption event that was organized with Ozzie and Friends. They have a back room that they use for events like this. There is also a clinic in the back. And an area that is gated so that we could interact with the dogs and learn a bit more about their personality. Since they partnered with them, when I adopted my new puppy, they gave me a 10% coupon that I could use. So I got a new harness and some training treats for her. They were very helpful when I had questions about which training treats I should get. It been a while since I've had to train a puppy so it was nice to get some advice. There is also a dog washing station in the front. It was pretty crowded the whole time I was there.”
