I must have spent almost 5 hours at this store asking questions about gear and guns, trying things out, and holding and playing with different markers. Throughout the entire shopping experience Tony and his assistant were very nice, helpful and informative about current gear and answered any questions I had. My friend and I ended up purchasing an AXE 2.0, a CS2, masks, tanks, jersey's and whatever else we needed. We even ended up meeting another person who frequented the shop who also gave me advice on gear and they even invited us to go play with them the next morning and we just straight up did! Overall a great experience. I'll be referring a few more friends to purchase markers from and support this local shop soon.”

“I communicated with Leslie from Customer Service who assisted me with an exchange. I purchased a motorcycle jacket liner that was too big and I sent it back in exchange for a smaller size. The company's policy is to inspect the item to be exchanged before they send the new item. The exchange is facilitated through the USPS and it takes many days for packages to travel between California and Florida. I asked Leslie if there was a way to speed up the process because of an upcoming motorcycle trip, and she told me that I could purchase a new jacket liner and the exchanged liner's status would be reclassified as a return and they would forego the $10 return fee the company charges. Exchange items are free and a returned item includes a $10 fee. Although you can only contact the company through email correspondence, I found them responsive and willing to accommodate my needs.
