Les is a) incredibly knowledgeable about every car from the 15 year old Escape to the minivan to the vintage, b) so practical in that he asks what you want to get out of your vehicle vs trying to make it perfect regardless of the life left in the vehicle, and c) kind and personal. They are also very reasonable on cost, but I'd pay almost anything for the way I was treated.”

He is very thorough with the details of the repair (whole rear from lift door to bumper and even the whole underneath). Also he included other works such as fixing the dentS that are not even part of the damaged area and he even gave it to me free of charge! Sweet!
