“Beau Monde Fine Floors offers exceptional knowledge, experience, & products. He offers the highest level of quality products and also very affordable options as well, depending on what your needs are. Michael, the owner, is amazing! He is so knowledgeable about carpeting, flooring and colors. After speaking with you, he then makes recommendations and he is so informative and each product, good and bad, so you are very aware of what you’re getting. I wouldn’t go anywhere where else! The whole family have been clients for a very long time and I highly recommend him. We have all been so happy with the quality and installation, it met and exceeded our expectations!”
“Sasha, Jeremy and his team were wonderful to work with. They were extremely patience and helpful as we selected a rug. Sasha is incredibly knowledgable and helped educate us. We feel very happy with our purchase and would definitely come back!”

“We had an amazing experience with Bay Area Floors from start to finish. The quality of their work is outstanding, and you can truly tell they take pride in what they do. Every detail was handled with care, and the end result completely transformed our space.
Lydia was absolutely fantastic to work with- professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. She made everything feel seamless and stress-free, which we really appreciated.
I would highly recommends to anyone looking for high-quality work and a great overall experience!”
“Had a good experience with The Floor Store. My new floor was installed properly by experienced, hygienic, and professional people. Floor Store installers were prompt, on time and respectful of my time. None of their employees smoked on my property, which was gratefully appreciated. Trim was cut well and installed correctly. Trim was correctly installed even in difficult areas in the kitchen. My floor looks good.”
“Wow, I cannot begin to describe how great their service was! We discussed what size and type of design I liked ahead of time. Then they came to my house with a bunch of different options to help me decide which would look best in the space.
And later on, when my dog had an accident on a different rug of mine they were able to come pick it up immediately and get it cleaned before it stained!”
“I was desperate to have my wool carpets professionally cleaned. I called Medallion Rug Gallery and spoke with Sami. He assured me they could assist me. They were able to schedule a time with me to pick up my rugs in Marin and were amazing at moving all of my furniture to do so. Additionally, they returned the clean rugs in a timely manner and again, carefully moved all of the furniture back in place.I cannot say enough about how professional and competent Sami is to work with. He was very fair, communicative and always professional. He was happy to make sure everything went smoothly. His staff was eager to assist as well.If you are looking for to work with a professional in the rug business who takes the time to make sure your needs are met, then Sami at Medallion Rug Gallery is the person to contact. When I need to purchase rugs in the future, I will be contacting Sami for assistance.”

“Jesse first spent 1/12 hr stretching my carpet in various places getting rid of those ugly bubbles and flattening out the the rug’s appearance. Then he cleaned it getting rid of many ugly stains and blending the colors together. The cleaning solution they use is remarkable , non toxic and sucks up all of dirt which has accumulated. And dries in only hours. Hats off to Jesse for Great job.
