Family Auto Clinic is an honest and reputable auto shop known for trustworthy, excellent work. The team provides fantastic service with a real life understanding, taking time to politely explain issues and what is best for both the customer and the vehicle. They are known for being affordable and get the job done quickly, often having customers back on the road the same day. The shop is commended for never trying to upsell and for always calling to double-check with the customer before doing any labor. They are recommended for auto repair, suspension jobs, oil changes, and alignments, receiving praise for their first-rate customer service. While some note the labor can be a little pricey compared to years past, the consensus is that Family Auto Clinic delivers good service all in all and is a gem in the Silicon Valley area.
