They won't let you withdraw your own money! I went in to make a cash withdrawal. I have my ID and my debit card. They wouldn't allow me to access my own cash without also sending a code to a phone number I don't have on me! So basically if you lose your smartphone, you're SOL.

They changed fees without properly notifying people for the daily limit resulting in 6 months of charges. They would only refund 2. Always choose a credit union over a bank. Don’t recommend.
