“Super cute, reasonable prices, the staff seem very knowledgeable about the plants. Had a bit of a letdown when the guy I spoke to, told me he could order a plant I had been searching for and took my info and said they would call when it came in. After a few weeks I called to check on it and was told that they don't actually order them, they have been a wait list for plants that come in, and then couldn't find my name. It wasn't the end of the world, though and the store is still cute!”

“I actually really enjoyed my experience here. I wanted butterflies and hummingbirds in my yard, so I asked them about milkweed plants, so I could have caterpillars and caccoons. They suggested that instead I get flowers that attracted butterflies. The woman helping me was friendly and seemed like she really enjoyed her job. I was there 30 minutes before closing and I wasn't rushed out or anything. I left with some flowers and now have bees and butterflies in my yard. I would definitely come back and buy more plants.”

“This is about the Soquel Home Depot. I was looking for a Milwaukee drill that was on sale. The internet was showing three in stock at that price.The problem was that Home Depot has all this inventor spread out in multiple locations so you cannot find anything. Two home depot representatives spent at least 30-45 minutes trying to help me find one of those drills. Sure enough they did and were successful. This is a five star review, thanks to those that helped me. As for the store, management needs to do better in indicating where store inventory is located. Add RFID tags if needed to pinpoint the location within the store so customers/employees don't have to waste 45 minutes looking.”

“I think Home Depot has a lot of of really good items for a great price. The online store is where to go to find anything you found somewhere else but usually at a lower price. I saw beautiful custom tile for my showers online in a boutique store from New York City. To my surprise the exact same tile I found on line at Home Depot for 15% less. I received it via home delivery within a week.”
