I had a wonderful experience here this morning applying for a passport for my son. The woman that helped me let me in early for my appointment and went over everything with my family and I. She was very thorough and friendly.

We went here to submit my wife's application for a passport after she attained citizenship. Unlike in the valley, plenty of slots are available for passport appointments. On top of that, the lady was on top of the requirements for application like she has been doing this for years, she was very thorough.
