Long story short, I had a sealer problem that Mike warrantied by sending out his crew to remove and re-seal a outdoor kitchen counter. Lot's of work, but now it looks great. “I had a wonderful experience at Golden State Lumber's Concord location. I talked to Mr. Kevin Matteri before arriving, communicating about an Eagle Project I was working on, and he was very helpful as soon as I arrived. He was friendly and took me to look at many kinds of wood to see which one would work best for my project. His suggestions were useful and he even helped me pick out the right screws for the wood I wanted to use. He was extremely generous with his donation for my Eagle Project and was kind throughout the entire process. I greatly appreciate his help and would like to thank him for his excellent customer service. I would also like to thank an employee who was very helpful in cutting the wood to the sizes I wanted. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask his name but he was very deliberate and took his time cutting the wood to the precise measurements even though they were close to closing time. He was also very patient and he did not seem to mind helping us out, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Golden State Lumber because all of the staff were kind and patient and their generous donation to my project is one I will never forget. “They are very helpfull.carry most Construction supplys or tools.its a small street which makes it tight in our big truck with all the hd trucks and deliverys but not too bad.the folks are always ready to take and fill our orders quickly so we come here often.they have quality products so dont expect cheap stuff or prices.they do deliver so you can call and stay on the job or run on down for items.”

I usually come to get martar clay last time I was here it was $12 it is now $20 I hadn't realized it had been that long !!! prices are crazy everywhere though I guess...except for our wage... anyway they good people here and the guy that loads up is pretty fast and on it having your material loaded and ready to go.”
“Great over the phone ordering and scheduling of roofing materials. The crew was late 4 hours. The office closes at 2:30 pm so if you ordered 120 feet of starter shingles and don’t get the amount needed to finish. It’s not convenient to go get it.”
