“Chris is the best. I have a 1972 Williams OXO I could not get working and I called Chris we made an appointment on Dec 13. within a few hours he had the machine working perfect. on Dec 23 I was having problems and sent a email asking if he could direct me to correct the problem. On Dec.24 Chris called me ON CHRISTMAS EVE! He asked a few questions and gave me direction on what to do to correct the problem! My machine now again works perfect. A 50 year old machine needs to have the switches cleaned and adjusted and there are many on my machine. Chris told me which switches needed attention! I was very impressed that Chris would take time on Christmas Eve to help Me. Who does that! Chris is the best!”
