“Had a flat tire so I took it to B&G to get it fixed. Enrique showed me where the hole was, on the sidewall so it could not be patched. I bought 2 new tires and was extremely pleased with the price of both and the service. There is a nice parking lot with disabled spots close to the front doors. There is an adequate seating area with benches. Be prepared for the overwhelming smell of rubber in the waiting area. I will always go back to B&G for tires and brake work.”

I always feel that Terry is looking out for MY best interests. We always have good conversations about what work needs to be done vs what work could be done and the pros, cons and risks (if any). I have especially appreciated this during lean times when we could only afford the minimum. The place is NOT fancy, you aren't paying for amenities, just quality work at a reasonable price. They have EARNED our loyalty.”

All the employees are really nice, polite and willing to help. They're our "go to" mechanic when we have issues with our motorhome. There doesn't seem to be a task they're not willing to take on. “Their service is excellent, fast, and professional! I requested a smog and it was done within 15 minutes! It was so fast and they were very polite. I unfortunately didn't get any employees' names, but the lady at the front desk and the gentlemen who serviced my vehicle were very polite and courteous. I was hesitant going in because I've seen some reviews mentioning poor service, but I didn't experience anything of the sort. Unlike most smog shops in Vallejo, they didn't offer a coupon. There is also a charge whether your vehicle passes or fails. I thought the price was fair and typical of smog checks I've had in the past. The service was excellent, so I don't mind paying a little more. They send your information to the DMV and they are STAR certified. The waiting area is quite small so you may need to stand outside and wait. I went at 8:45 and they already had quite a few customers. They do not schedule appointments and operate on a first-come-first-served basis, so it would be best to go early in the morning if you're in a rush. I would recommend OCM and will likely return for my next smog test.”

Jeff, manager, and team were great, quick, thorough and affordable. What I appreciate more than anything was the quality of work and honesty. in todays market, unfortunately, we the consumer can be taken advantage. This was not the case with Walnut Creek Automotive. “Came here for a synthetic oil change for my Audi. Carlos was very friendly over the phone and I arranged to drop it off in the morning for a few hours. They got the job done using Mobil 1 oil, which was a nice to see. He also ended up charging me less than quoted. They specialize in German and Japanese models, which is perfect for my two cars. And since they are both high mileage, I have a feeling I'll be back soon enough.”
